As we were curious about the quality of the water for drinking in our home we set up the appointment. When Justin M. arrived I had no intention of engaging with him and his company. He explained to us that the city's water report doesn't test for everything we should be concerned about and when he tested our faucet in our kitchen sink he showed us just how bad the quality was in parts per million terms. To which I replied, "no problem, we have a filter in our brand new refrigerator with water in the door so will drink only from that". Upon testing that, the water quality was still almost as bad as the kitchen faucet with no filter which was concerning. After Justin quoted us the initial price for a complete water filtration for purified drinking water via spicket/faucet they would add into our kitchen sink and also connect to the refrigerator on demand and also for water softening in our showers and the rest of the house, as that price just too high/way more than we wanted to spend, we thanked Justin and he left. My wife and I then discussed how important our drinking water is to us and our loved ones and guests and also how we had wanted soft water in our last home but just never could do it, so I ran out to Justin who was still in his car and told him we wanted the purified drinking and water softening but that his initial price just not reasonable. I advised him to please contact his manager and get us the best price they could offer and if he could be close to what we were thinking fair we'd move forward. Justin is a good man and asked me, "should I call my manager right now?" And I told him "no, just call him tomorrow and let us know". Well, sure enough Justin called us the next day and advised they would do it for about two thirds of what they initially quoted which was close to our target price and that also included their soaps package option which provided 5 vouchers for ordering for no additional charge laundry detergent, automatic dishwasher soap, hand dishwashing soap, body wash and hair shampoo and glycerin soap bars for the shower etc all designed to work best with our new water filtration and softener system. Justin's installer came the next weekend and spent most of the day completing our install and we have been happy ever since, knowing our drinking water is absolutely safe/purified and also enjoying the soft water in our showers which is good for the hair and skin not to mention the plumbing and including not spending a dime on all our cleaning/soaps products since then which are very nice and come with different scent options for over a year now and we still have two of the five vouchers left! We remain friends with Justin to this day and can't thank him enough for hooking us up and continuing to support us on any questions we have, he's a true professional and nice guy. I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.
