Funny, they only have 3 teller stations for such a big bank. My Mom and I were turning our heads. Picture it! We waited for pratically 40 minutes in line just to cash a check. There were about 10 people in front of us. Unbelievable! I was patient to wait, but my Mom was not very happy. She said we could have driven to another BofA out in San Gabriel within the wait time. Also tried to set up cancel on billing but upon pressing cancel subscription, ads simply appear to purchase more. I wrote email 3 times to Omni to tell them so, again called Chase. Believed Chase would back me up, but no, they re-billed $87.00 charge. I will drive 180 miles to put unused products in the face of a Chase bank employee's face. No longer do I have faith in Chase after over 10 years. We pay weekly and have an over 800 score but guess good customers are not good to them. Guess they like the ones who go into default. Mad mad customer.
