Quite literally the WORSE Wells Fargo you can go to. They are slow, 15 people in line and one teller to two tellers in line. Always slow, it could be 3 people in line and still 30-40 minutes in line! Very good bank. I've had my ID compromised several times through the internet and my wallet was stolen (at Costco). Wells Fargo has been wonderful helping me through their fraud department and when the thieves tried to use my Wells Fargo card it was denied and I was notified immediately by text. Wells Fargo has watched over my accounts and will immediately notify me of any suspicious activity. This is so important due to all the identity theft going on. I'm so grateful to them for this. Their customer service is excellent. Their costs are comparable to other banks. I highly recommend for your banking needs. read more

This bank is horrible, do not come here. At any one time there will be at least a dozen people waiting to talk to a bank teller and 4-5 employees hanging out on the side not helping anyone. They sit on their computers and cell phones while one person works. They do not care about customer service. Will take my money elsewhere! read more

Other banks are open later to accommodate people, and Wells Fargo closes at 11:55 am and not noon like their sign says. I tried to cash a check, and I was told they were closed; it wasn't even noon. read more

We just had to run a quick bank errand and the bank was empty with only 2 other customers in the bank. A supposed less than 10 minute visit turned into a 30 minute wait. We wait and other customers who arrived after us passed us and got help first which already angered us. But what was more annoying was that as we were waiting the other employees just walked around the bank talking while we could have been helped. We were told "we'll help you soon" multiple times and yet nothing. Just a bad experience with these very unhelpful people. read more

Literally the worst Wells Fargo I've ever been to. I needed to open a savings account and asked the person who was standing there with a tablet and she told me to sit and wait. Didn't even look up at me she kept talking to the security guard about her weekend in Vegas. Finally after 20 mins another guy comes up to me and gets my name and information but tells me it's gonna be a 2 hour wait even though only one other person is waiting with me and he came after me. I ask if I can make an appointment for later and he says he doesn't know the bankers' schedules and gives me a card to call them. I go in first thing extremely long line and only one teller open while there are four more people in the bank just chilling chatting drinking there Starbucks away and smoking a vape unreal. As we wait another person in line calls to there attention and tells them to open another window she gets frustrated and walks out , It's as if they do it on purpose once she exits they open more windows , now I come to my teller let her know I want to withdraw Xxxxx amount of money out of my account she is making me sign this and that I do it and then says oh well we can't give your money your signature is kinda off like what! Check my deposit history I'll tell you what I deposited I'll show you my app and then she gets this smirk nasty Karen smirk and says we'll we can't give you your money takes the slip and rips it in front of my face unbelievable ... Not exactly sure whose idea it was to remove the merchant business line and add it to the general tellers line. But as a business owner / manager, the last thing I have on a Friday is 40 minutes to stand inline. The staff is all great here, I have moved several accounts over from another local bank due to the service I have received here. But this change is seriously making me reconsider. read more

The tellers are nice enough when you actually get up to the window, but unless you have an hour to wait in line (at 11:00am on a Thursday), find a different location. I didn't even want to give one star- absolutely disgraceful customer servicd by the manager of all people. The original teller was very nice and polite. I had a legal order from the franchise Tax board taken out of my account unexpectedly. I called the Franchise Tax board, they apologised and made a mistake. and we're going to credit back my account for $325- no harm no foul. I was told to go into my local bank explain the situation and they will be able to tell me when the money will be returned. Fair enough I thought, had a fax confirmation number and everything. when I eventually got to the manager and explained the situation, she was the most condensending, patronizing person I have come across in a long time, her comments and remarks were awful, like I'm sir we don't just replace money, made me feel as if I was in wrong, when I had done nothing wrong!!! By the way miss manager I work with PnLs and finances every day! after I left the branch I called the legal order dept of wells Fargo. Demander was super helpful and explained to me how the process works and it will be ok, give it 48 hours as they work with franchise board all the time. wells Fargo I suggest that may be your managers need to be better trained not only in the services you offer ( not commission based ) but in better quality managers.. with all the bad publicity lately it should be paramount that every customer is treated with respect and not distain, and a condescending ton. ATM machines are filthy. For a new bank, you'd think they would take pride in their bank.

Walked in and had a few questions and wanted to sign up for a credit card. Juan, personal banker, was great and took care of me and answered everything. He could not help me with a certain thing and had to pass me to another banker, Patricia, that was not there. He gives her my info and she calls me he next day and asks what I need and gives me an appointment time of 10am on my day off. Fast forward and it is the morning of my appointment. I get a phone call 30min before my meeting asking if I'm still coming in and if no answer then she would be ready at 10am for me. I did not answer because I was getting ready to go. Show up and I'm waiting for 30min. Juan comes over and asks if everything is ok, tell him I have to go and he apologizes and asks if I want to rescheduled. I told him no, I don't have another Wednesday off to do so. I get a call from Patricia A HOUR later, which I did not answer,to tell me she took someone because I did not answer the phone 30min before my meeting. All in all, Juan did a great job and is the reason I am giving this 2 stars. read more
