First of all, the entryway was clean and the surrounding shrubs were beautifully landscaped, creating a welcoming environment. Security was most impressive! The representatives, Jessica and Ian, who greeted me and proceeded to assist me were gracious , friendly, intelligent, interesting and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions clearly and took the time to understand my specific concerns. So I live down the street and this location is more convenient for me but as of today, I will no longer be stepping foot into this establishment. This is the worst US BANK ever but today's experience kinda put the cherry on top Usually, I don't like coming here because the tellers are rude. Fake smiles if they even smile, not very friendly very cold they never have freaking cash in the drive-through ATM so therefore I have to get out of my car to go get some cash inside so what is the point of having drive-through ATM if you have no cash in there this happens all the time, today I went in there quickly to drop off all my change that I had counted and rolled up the teller twice told me she couldn't take it because it looked like there was missing money my expression was are you serious? You have cameras all over this place. I'm not trying to rob you a penny and a dime so I had to take it out and count it in front of her because apparently she thinks I can't count and I'm dumb or something and I proved her wrong twice. The money was all in their complete. She was just being lazy and not counting it herself oh and shall I forget she created a line behind me so they all had a show I didn't catch the teller's name I guess I should've I didn't really give her much attitude. I really wanted to, but yeah, I can't stand rude annoying people who can't do their jobs accordingly she looked very young so I would recommend this establishment to hire people who are actually friendly and can do their job well to their title. I should have looked at these reviews before calling. Horrible customer service. Matthew is incompetent and knows nothing about policy. What I called and asked him to do he couldn't ? But the branch down the street could? Rushing to clock out, can't even help a loyal member. His service truly makes me reconsider switching entire banks. Horrible customer service. I should have trusted the other reviews. Only 4 customers in the branch, 2 were with one banker and 2 tellers helping the other two customers, the 2nd banker asked to help me but because I wanted to open an account. She asked if I had an appointment and said rudely, well you need an appointment. She had a very bad attitude. No other customers in branch but she made me comeback 2 hours later. One of the worst banks I have ever been to. Everyone looks like they are about to go to sleep there. What I was most upset about was the teller had a major chip on her shoulder with no customer service skills. I asked her about opening an account and it was clear she just didnt want to help me. She told me the person who opens accounts is at lunch and I should come back. I went back about an hour and a half and she acted as if she didnt remember me and was extremely disrespectful and rude. I changed my mind and went and opened my account one block down the street. No way to treat your potential customers. read more

The ATM is always broken, I would say at least 60% of the time I cannot withdraw or deposit money. Its also always full of bugs. It makes me so angry that the ATM is not fully functioning for days at a time. read more

Ana Lopez was very rude as a customer service representative; representing US bank it's something that should really be addressed. I have one of my business accounts here and several with chase and the only reason that I have kept US bank open because I have always had great customer service on the phone and at different branches I have visited, but this staff should definitely be addressed. I felt completely discriminated against she had no smile and very rude with how she addressed me . I have this account since 2017 and because of her I am really about to shut the account down. she should definitely not be working I'm customer service . When I asked for manager info she said sorry he's not available. She told me if I needed further assistance to go to my home branch which I opened back in 2017 even though it's my home branch this is the one that I visit often she said oh I've been here for 13 years and I've never seen you. By far the worst customer I have ever received at a bank. On Tuesday I went in to open a Girl Scout's account with my troop co-leader. US Bank was not our first choice but Girl Scouts advised they had a partnership with them. We went in at 4pm. Bank closed at 5pm. They told us it wouldn't be enough time to open it. Although there were 2 bankers/tellers there and absolutely no one else. They told us we should come back on another day and make an appointment. We asked because our schedules didn't align could one of us come to open the account and get the process started and the other person come in immediately after, to which the teller said yes. We scheduled 2 consecutive appointments for that Friday. Friday comes and I check in at my appointment time, I don't get acknowledged or any help until 23 minutes after my appointment time, the girl comes out grabs my paperwork (mind you she seems me by myself) and says she needs to get everything scanned in. Leaves then comes back 10 minutes later to call me to a desk. At the desk she says "well you need both people here" mind you this is the same exact girl who we spoke with the Tuesday prior who told us the complete opposite. Then she had the nerve to say well you were speaking with my colleague who made you the appointments and I can't be responsible for what he told you. I told her "YOU told me one person could start the process and the next person could come in after me to finish it and interject yourself in to our conversation, we didn't ask you for help you took it upon yourself to jump in to our conversation" I grabbed my stuff and left. DO NOT HO TO THIS INCOMPETENT BRANCH OF IMBECILE BANKERS!!! read more

This isn't my home branch (branch that my accounts were set up in), however, it's close to my office and it's the branch i bank at. Everyone in this branch is super friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way every time I go there to help me. Horrible customer service at this Branch (2280 S Grove Ave, Ontario Ca 91761). I was almost in tears when I walked out of this office. Banker with first name in letter "D" was so rude. When I asked him a question, he just rolled his eyes at me. What did I do wrong? I told myself that I would never come here again. From now on, I'll just stick to the one in Ralph's. The branch is OK. They don't go out of their way to help the customer with issues beyond withdrawing and depositing money.

I have not had any problems with US Bank as a bank, but this particular branch is just not nice. There are two younger tellers, one male and one female, and they are both assholes. They are rude, talk about you and need to find a different job that suit there personalities. I waited for my paycheck to be authorized at the young mans desk for 15 minutes while he and another employee talked about there weekend plans. I refuse to go to this location. I have no problem driving to limonite in eastvale to the Ralph's in store branch where the service is superior to any business I have been to. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 16 years. The way my fraud claim has been handled is BS. I did everything I was asked to do and I STILL do not have my money back from us bank. This all started Jan 2nd when someone stole my rent check from the mail box and then changed the payee name and cashed it at another bank!! It is Feb 27 and I still do not have my money and have been told several stories as to why it is taking so long and that it could still take 90 day more. I'm a single mom who has gone to bed hungry so I have enough money just for gas to even get to work... Will NEVER be a US bank member again.. read more

This bank is so ridiculous! I opened an account and they never told me they only allow a $1,000 debit card limit. This is something that should be disclosed to their new customers. I am getting married and needed to pay off my location balance of $1,220.42 and I couldn't because the limit was $1,000 the managers have the authority to override this and she would not. I opened the account and had all my documentation that it was me standing in the branch that I opened the account with, and nothing. I am soon closing and going back to BofA where if my t.v. goes out I can walk into best buy and buy one without a debit card limit on purchases! I understand a limit at the ATM but NOT on credit card/debit purchases when the money is in the account! I recommend anyone and will recommend all my friends/family to bank else where! read more
