Here's something you won't get at a BIG bank - I forgot my online password and got locked out of my acctount. Someone actually called me and said she noticed I'd been locked out and wanted to know if I wanted my pass reset or the lock cleared. That alone would have taken 20 minutes on the phone with Citizens, Chase, etc.

Without my knowledge and approval, Clinton Savings Bank PAID IT! and then I was overdue. Horrible experience. Then I finally decided to end this awful experience and paid the $636 dollars to just get it over with. Did that. And guess what? Clinton Savings Bank REFUSED TO LET ME OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT!
