Thinking life is going to be okay. It's crazy, but RTN has been that for me repeatedly. The time I needed to pay a band in cash at the last minute and they verified my ATM location, my safety, and my ID with creative on-the-spot security questions that only I would know. They then tested the transaction with follow up questions. What means so much to me is the skill they used to make sure it was not a scam, that I was not being held at ransom, and in the winter hours when it's dark at 4pm. They were concerned that I get to my destination with the large sum of cash. The time I needed a loan for a car and the professional process that was almost as quick as grubhub . Monday, when I closed on my house, Nicki and Kim used ingenuity, technological expertise, personal integrity, professional responsibility and care to make it happen on an impossible schedule. RTN is the combination of NASA-type skill and small town caring and approachability. RTN is lucky and brilliant for the people they have kept employed for a long period of time. Anyway, this bank is located on Route 9, extremely close to the Route 126 (Concord Street) intersection, and very close to Route 30. Accessible via Route 9 & 126. Large parking lot and 2 entrances (front, Rt 9 entrance for ATM). Employee James is friendly, helpful, and kind, and very efficient at getting all customers through the line quickly. Kobe (the Head Teller) and another teller who I'm assuming was in training since Kobe was walking him through what I needed. Totally fine by me, I'm always pro professional development. Overall, service was quick and efficient which I appreciate. Things only got a little chaotic near the end when another customer became unhappy with her teller and started getting loud. At that point it was hard to hear my tellers when they were speaking to me, which was a bit distracting and annoying because communication can still occur with a decent tone of voice.
