We went round and round on getting it resolved and at first got excuses, but then the owner of the whole company called me personally and was genuinely apologetic and agreed to honor the rate and get with his programming team to fix this design flaw so it doesn't happen to others. It was probably the most admirable thing I've seen a company leader do. Can't recommend them enough after this action! Very impressive!

This should have been my fourth investment property purchase with aimloan, and my credit, income, and cash onhand (all verified through documentation) should have made this a simple closing. If aimloan wants to win my business back, they need to navigate a similar paperwork gauntlet that they have set up for me: Aimloan needs to call the IRS, and instruct the IRS that they are to call the DMV and request a fax of my 3rd grade report card. The report card must be in a .pdf format and include the date and URL, because that is ultra secure and impossible to counterfeit when the URL is only accessible after authentication. Any grade under A- will require an updated explanation from the Elementary School principal, who passed away in 1992. The IRS will need to call me directly so that I can instruct them of the watermark required on the fax no more than 15 minutes before the DMV completes the transmission. My current fax number is outdated, but I will get you an updated one 2 days before the report card is required. Next, aimloan will need to provide me with a valid explanation of why any current or former employees may have exited a Fitness Center contract. I need the name and contract dates for each gym, and the TIN for any individual branch that was visited. DO NOT PROVIDE the name of your personal trainer, as that could be clearly a staged conversation. I will call the gym's 800 number, identify the personal trainer on my own, and discuss any unmet fitness objectives during the contract period. Be prepared for followup explanations. I also need all aimloan Blockbuster rental receipts since 1984. No need to worry about 1983. Late fees can be initialed by the former branch manager, but non-rewind charges will require a recorded verbal explanation including a summary of the film or video game rented so that I confirm it was actually watched. Lastly, if any employee ever exited an AOL contract, I will need them to reopen that account for 1 day, then record the cancellation phone call for my records. I will be checking my email every day except the weekends, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and I need this by the end of next week. I hope to do business with aimloan again soon."
