I've been to a few places and this one felt more grounded. Nothing flashy, but it was clean and had a professional tone. Check in went fine and the wait time wasn't long. I was brought back by a staff member who walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor took time asking about different things related to how I'd been feeling and even checked on a few older issues I hadn't mentioned yet. That made me feel like they actually looked through my history before seeing me. They didn't make big promises or rush through things but rather gave honest feedback. I've been following Dr. Fields videos related to the Eustachian tube. I've been faithfully doing the exercises he demonstrates. He also suggested laser, so I've done that too. I was scheduled to go in for ear sugery last Friday. My whole life has been centered around getting well and being able to continue to travel, and to hear better! I grew up with preventive chiropractic vs only using for injuries. I recently relocated and found Adam and family with two offices Gatos and Evergreen with 6 day a week availability. In this case I was injured and the treatment was reasonable with nearly immediate relief balanced with ongoing strengthening. In parallel, I've been able to get back on track with my preventative care as well. This is not a good option if you are dependent on insurance. Not an issue worth removing a star, but something to keep in mind. They'll give you a bill to get reimbursed, but won't bill for you. You will also find that insurance doesn't cover much. But this is true everywhere and has nothing to do with the office. read more

Dr. Fields and the other employees here are always super kind and like to do what's best for their clients. Most of my family go to him. I had first came on a Wednesday when the sign on the door said it'd be open, however it was locked and no one was there. I left a message on their phone. Dr. Fields gave me a call back and the next day and apologized for the inconvenience. Then we scheduled for me to come in the following day. After going to the chiropractor, my back does feel a lot better. He usually talks to you the entire time and asks questions so you are never wondering what's happening next. Dr Adam Fields is the BEST!!! I have been a runner my whole life and found myself not able to run or hike just after I turned 50. I had a goal to Run 50 laps for my 50 years and was so frustrated that I was now having pain just walking. I contacted my podiatrist, who I had seen 2 years prior for arch pain. He recommended custom orthotics, which seemed to help a bit for about a year until things got worse & had to stop running. I was put in a boot for 6 weeks to "heal" which did not work at all...so they put me in a cast!! After 2 weeks I got a second opinion and MRI: The results showed: Tenosynovitis of the posterior tibial and flexor digitorum longus tendons throughout their courses before the tarsal tunnel. Sprain of the anterior talofibular ligament and the calcaneofibular ligament, & plantar fasciitis. The podiatrist only gave me options of medications, bracing & basically staying off it. I've been going to chiropractors for over twenty years for sports injuries, maintenance and migraines. I recently found Fields Family Chiro and Adam is by far the best chiropractor I've ever seen. I have been to over a dozen chiropractors, across the US, since a bad car accident when I was young, and Dr Fields has cured what no one else could fix. Adam is so amazing! I have Ménière's disease and suffer from all of the symptoms related to it, including extreme dizziness also known as vertigo. I had a functional cranial release adjustment and I felt instant relief. I admit it was a bit painful but nothing like the pain of living with Ménière's disease. Over the next day or so I also felt relief of some pressure in my inner ear and regained some hearing which was a huge relief. He took the time to explain different things to help me and my health. I had been to several ENT docs and they all urged surgery to alleviate my issues: recurrent ear infections, chronic congestion, headache/neck ache, pain/pressure while flying, etc. Adam did a series of cranial adjustments which completely opened up my sinuses and allowed me to breath freely for the first time in years. This is a long overdue review for Adam. I've had neck, upper back, and lower back problems since I was young, and always needed to get massage therapy and acupuncture on monthly if not weekly basis if I have the time and money. A few years ago, I throw my back out and it was so bad that I couldn't move at all and had woke up in pain in the middle of the night for 3 days, I went to see my acupuncturist every day in those 3 days and yet it was getting worst the next morning. I was going to go on a cruise trip on the 4th day, and I woke up in serious pain again on that Saturday. I have always been skeptical about chiropractic care and "cracking" of bones, but after meeting and going to Dr Adam, I found out there is so much more to his care! He listens to your concerns and ailments, and was even able to identify problems I had that I didn't even share with him. His techniques are about solving the problem that started it, not just doing a quick-fix. He demonstrates and teaches exercises to help you, and does physical therapy when it's muscle related. One time I came in when I slept weird and then couldn't turn my neck. I was worried about an adjustment he would give me that would hurt me more, but instead he felt my upper arm muscle and explained (and showed me) how it was all knotted up, which was preventing me from moving my neck! Sure enough, after he and his team worked on my muscles and did some deep tissue work, I was already getting more range with my neck. Who knew?! I appreciate his knowledge, patience and full body care. It's not just about the back, but everything that happens with your body. He always has suggestions and tips (or homework) for me to work on.
