This review is long overdue. Ellen has been guiding me towards better health for over a year now. When I came to her I was stressed, frequently bloated, had fatigue all day long, and had stomach issues that weren't going away. I tried to "fix" myself by trying to eat healthy (I loved fatty foods, but my cholesterol was/is high so I became a vegetarian for a while to try to help lower my cholesterol) and exercise, but despite that, I was still bloated and tired all day. Ellen has a whole system worked out to determine the root cause of health issues that arise. Based on my lab work, she designed a protocol that was tailored to fit me and my health goals. Ellen is a miracle-worker! When I first reached out to her, I was in despair, and utterly desperate. I was limited to about 11 foods--everything else triggered terrible eczema flares on my face and neck (imagine poison oak all over--it makes you want to claw your face off!) All the M.D.'s could offer me was ointments, which only suppress symptoms. And I was getting worse--the number foods I could safely eat was shrinking! I started working with Ellen in October 2015 because I was having trouble sleeping through the night and wanted to see if making some changes to my eating habits would help with my sleeping habits. Ellen is the BEST. As someone who works in fitness, I am moving and eating all the time. She helped me see how some of the foods I was choosing, weren't the best options for supporting my lifestyle. Ellen is AWESOME! I had trouble with a rash and a completely-always stuffed nose for a decade! I had tried different diets and other things to help fix my issues, but the only thing that worked was steroid drugs in my nose and serious anti-itch cream for my skin (not things you really want to put into your body long-term!) I started with Ellen (fair warning - the first thing she will remove is SUGAR!) and over the course of about 6 months, things improved, not really steadily, but it seemed to me in fits and starts, but they DID improve.
