Absolutely incredible so far! I am so glad that I found this place on Yelp. I had done years of research into prolotherapy and despite the lack of evidence/lack of doctors performing this treatment, this was one of the best decisions that I've ever made for myself I have hypermobile joints, especially my shoulders and ankles, which causes me mild-moderate constant pain. This interfered with ALL of my daily activities. However, after just ONE treatment, my ankles feel light-years better/more stable. The best part about this treatment is that you are on your feet minutes after it happens, and can work/exercise immediately after Dr. Donaldson and Margo are genuinely nice people who care about their patients. The office is very clean and well-kept. This doctor takes the time to get to know a patient holistically and try to find the root cause(s) of issues, rather than simple "slap on band-aid" fixes, that I notice with quite a few of my doctors through my popular medical insurance that I will not name. 4 total good veins collapsed. I had my first bicep strain just from holding something weighing less than 2 lbs at a 90 degree angle. I love Margo. She said they'll grow back but it's been months now and recently in feb two more collapsed. The time before last Dr. Donaldson didn't clean the site and a little ball formed in the vein before it completely collapsed. I tried to make an appt w the nurse but she wasn't available and regrettably I had Dr. Donaldson again. This time a bubble in my arm formed and I had to ask him to abort and point to the bubble. He took his time poking and prodding on the bubble before removing the needle. I don't like that he moves the needle around under the skin over and over and over again to find the vein with the needle in the arm. I've never seen anyone do that and it worries me that he is ripping at the vein. In my case w all 4 collapsed now-its likely he was. I didn't like that he talked openly about a personal diagnosis of mine in front of a patient I didn't know. That was definitely a breach of confidentiality. No inside voice at all. I also didn't like that I had to request my lab results from meridian valley and be prompted to complete an ROI after two messages were left for him to email me those result w nada even till now and lastly- I didn't like that he never returned my message on the homeopathic he recommended for new eczema issue on my hands. I've been getting veinipuncture for years- no issues and saw Dr. Abellera consistently with 3 different nurses giving IV Drips- no issues. I have an upcoming procedure and they will have to be very creative to find a vein. I had the best and now they are gone. :/ read more

I hurt my knee about 4 months ago. I have tried every alternative method I could get my hands on. I searched the internet for a viable alternative to surgery. I found Prolotherapy! * In October of last year I developed severe frozen shoulder. The pain became so bad that just riding in a vehicle was too painful, with every bump I felt stabbing pain. My life stopped, everything revolved around my pain and trying to manage it. My range of motion was almost non-existent, and pain meds along with ice packs around the clock was how I got through the day. I tried physical therapy, chiropractic and massage, however nothing giving me any long term relief. By the end of the year it looked as though surgery seemed my only option. In January of this year, I began doing some research and found prolotherapy ("Proliferative Injection Therapy") which involves injecting a solution, generally in the region of tendons or ligaments for the purpose of strengthening weakened connective tissue and alleviating musculoskeletal pain. I decided to give it a try. That's when I found Dr. Josh Donaldson. He did a thorough examination, covering my health history, past and present and recommended prolotherapy. Dr Josh is one of the kindest, smartest, and most helpful alternative doctors I have been too. The whole office team is outstanding. Margo the office manager is bright, compassionate, and just wonderful human!! Susan, the nurse is also terrific. Dr Josh is quite progressive in his treatment of various health issues. He has incredible ~ insights and treatment options for many issues one may be dealing with. His latest treatments are called MAH therapy. It originated in Germany and here in this office they have some new equipment that uses ultraviolet light and ozone therapy combined as an iv treatment. There has been incredible success stories in conjuction with this type of therapy. I currently go to Dr Josh for Ozone Iv's, Vit C Iv's, and overall nutritional support to work on an autoimmune issue I have had. I have tried a few of his new treatments for skin rejuvenation as well....and have been quite pleased....This treatment program included ozone treatments for skin. I am so grateful to Josh and Prolotherapy. I was in constant pain in my shoulder for 6 months, and I went to Josh despite that I am totally needle phobic. I was ready to do anything except surgery. Josh was very comforting, professional and did a great job. I will admit it is not pleasant, but worth it b/c I only had intermittent pain after a few days. I was so happy to have periods that were pain-free! I went for a second treatment after 1 month, but he did different points in my shoulder and arm. I have had debilitating migraines since a car accident 15 yrs ago. I have Lyme Disease+co-infections, and mercury toxicity on top of this. I have been to the ER 45 times with these migraines, and nothing has ever worked to date--I have tried so many options. Last week Josh tried Major Auto Hemolytic Therapy on me: blood is drawn, infused with ozone, and then put back into the body. It was completely painless, and the results were beyond belief.
