It seems with a 2 out of 5 star rating already, I'm not alone in how I feel about this company. Beware of it and the service manager Anna who is truly the most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with. I live in town and they charged me $187 to show up and determine that a noisy blower was normal and that nothing could be done to fix it. The tech was a kid with obvious lack of experience and spent about 15 minutes "turning the blower down" which had no affect on it and then followed up with "I can't leave it like this or it could be a fire hazard or potentially burn your blower out". Total time actually working was about 30 minutes. Forget about used car dealers taking advantage of customers, this is next level. Concerned, I emailed them that they sent me an invoice for the service fee (I agree that's fair) but they also charged me for an hour of tech time. They have already sent me 2 invoices demanding payment in the past week and a half which is very pushy. In my email I said I have doorbell video confirming when the tech came and left and they didn't quote me $187 for the service call initially, nothing was done while here, I asked for the labor to be removed or I would pay the balance and dispute it. It's simply not fair. Anna immediately flew into a frenzy and responded in a long email demanding to see my video, and threatening collections plus 35% if I disputed their charges. After a few completely unprofessional emails, it became clear that these people are only there to gouge customers, then threaten them into paying ridiculous charges. The burden is not on customers to provide proof of what their techs did and that charges are fair. I was a Dealership Service Manager for many years and I would never dream of treating a customer like that. If a diagnostic charge was unjustified, I would discuss it with a customer professionally to come to a mutually beneficial solution. NOT what this company did. You lost a customer, I know you don't care. But you will probably lose a few more from this review, and everyone I come in contact with when HVAC comes up. Very disappointing. STAY AWAY! read more

Called 9 days ago when our air went out. They gave me two different appointment dates and times and No-call No/showed for both of them. Just called the after hours line and was told there a 2-3 week wait now. Not great. Shouldn't make appointments if you can't keep them, and at least should call and notify customers if they aren't coming. I get that it's hot and there is a lot of demand, but if communication was clear we would have went with an alternative. read more

Called as soon as I realized my unit was out, on a Saturday. I received a text message on Sunday saying he could be there at 10:30. When 11:30 rolled around I messaged him to see if he was still coming or if he meant Monday. He stated he meant Monday but did have a cancellation and could come over. I asked if it cost extra for Sunday he said yes, so I told him I would just keep the Monday appointment. Well, at 12:30 on Monday I called to see what time he would arrive and the lady in the office had no record, so she called the Tech. He stated my appointment was for Sunday and I refused the extra fee. I called off work and cancelled a Dr. appointment for this appointment. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! A few weeks ago my grandmother's AC went out. She called Paducah Heating and Air. A guy came out around 430 and was there for about an hour. While he was here, he proceeded to break her water faucet at the back of her house. He had to shut her water off. He did a few things to her unit to try to get it going. No luck. He said he had to leave to go to another call but promised he would be back later that evening to fix her faucet. He never came back. I had to call them the next morning and tell them she still didn't have water and he never came back. The lady in the office said he would be back that afternoon. I told her again that he never turned her water back on. The lady said the guy never told her that my grandmothers water was off. She did reroute him to her first that morning to fix her faucet and we agreed on the phone that she didn't have to pay for their mistake... fast forward two weeks, my grandmother receives a bill for $259. So basically she paid $259 for a a guy to come out for an hour, clean a few things on her old unit, break her faucet, turn her water off, promise her he would be back to fix it that evening, never came back, left her all night without water, I called them the next morning to come back out, they said she wouldn't owe anything, then they come fix it, then she gets a bill for $259... So I called them this morning to question the bill... I said why did that cost $259? The same office lady said well honey he was out there for 6 hours! I said yeah fixing a problem he created not her unit! She said if I would have charged u for the 6 hours he was out there then it would have been a lot more! I said no it shouldn't have cost her anything because he broke it and we agreed she didn't have to pay and this bill is ridiculous. She said well I'm sorry u feel that way. And I said and that's why we chose not to give you our business for a new unit and I hung up. These people ripped my 90 year old grandmother off. Poor service. read more

We had an older mini split unit in an addition that was not working properly. Called and they sent someone out within 48 hrs and got it working (Tech was polite and fast). The bill was as agreed upon. A couple of weeks later the unit had a different problem and the technician and Anna worked with manufacturer to find the proper part (under warranty) and they worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the issue. As it turned out, the part was not the issue and we continued to have trouble, but that was due to the manufacturer giving mis-information and the condition of the unit. Anna and the tech discussed some options with us, and we chose to purchase a new unit. It was installed the following day at a set price and it was definitely the best choice for us. The techs worked fast, wore masks, explained how it worked, and were very professional and polite. read more
