The restaurant is part of WCA's discount card program, which clearly advertises 15% off any purchases. This discount was honored throughout January on both food and alcohol, but the owner recently changed it in their system to apply only to food and will no longer honor the original agreement tied to the card. It's frustrating when a business participates in a discount program but then quietly changes the terms without notice. The inconsistency makes it hard to trust what's being advertised.
