Michael responded to my quote request really quickly and fit me in during a busy holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. He walked me through the process, worked fast, and was very thorough. Before I left, he double checked everything like FaceTime and Face ID to make sure it was all working perfectly. He even added a screen protector for free and would not accept a tip, even though I tried (I still did for the superior service!). Super friendly, great conversation, and his shop was clean and welcoming (plus he has a cute dog named Angel). He also cleaned my whole phone, including the case. Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home.
