Guess you should feel greatful when they give you a rental because they damage your vehicle, I had to ask for an upgrade because they were only giving me the focus but I have fusion!! First of dealing with a Auto Dealership's Service Department is never going to be good time. You pretty much expect to get overcharged for what you get, but you do expect the work to be done right, and for Employees to be honest. I guess my already low expectations were set way too high. I wish I could upload one of the voice mails I received on how I was causing more work for a Manager, I should have known my Service Writer was off on a Weds, shame on me. I could go on and on, and I have the time since it is after 5:00 and I am sitting outside the service department while they "try and figure out what the last tech did". Mind you I was called and told my vehicle was ready to pick up, but when they gave me my vehicle back, the exact same Traction Warning light was still on. It took me 15 minutes to find someone who was willing to help me after I got into my vehicle and saw the problem. Finally, after blocking 4 vehicles trying to leave, a guy with a broom in his hand asked if everything was okay, I briefly explained my situation and he ran to get help (I wanted to tip this guy because he really seemed to care). I watched him through the glass as he tried to find someone who cared, but it was not an easy task for him either; he looked like he was in a Pin Ball Machine, bouncing off employees who wanted to go home. Ahhh success, a familiar face, the kid who gave me my vehicle came back and asked what the problem was. After explaining what the problem was, I could not help but ask if he saw the warning light was on when he gave me back the vehicle. His response was priceless, "How am I supposed to know what's wrong with your vehicle"? I just shrugged my shoulders and laughed, he was right..... read more

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. They kept me sitting for over three hours while they "looked" for a tire. The wrong tire, mind you, that the day prior when I called they said they had in stock. When hours went by while they "looked" (did nothing) for the wrong tire but a tire that would fit, I was told they would "start looking" for yet a new different tire that was going to cost a lot more than the first mismatched, more expensive, and wrong tire. This was a replacement for a STOCK TIRE THAT CAME WITH MY EXPLORER AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT FROM FORD THAT EVERY FORD DEALER KEEPS IN STOCK. All this after calling the day prior and being pre-charged for a replacement wheel at full price (about $700) and being told they had the tire I needed and by some miracle "sold the last set yesterday after I called" when I inquired about how the installation was going about two and a half hours after "we'll take care of this right away and get you on the road". Right. They never even checked on the tire the day prior, or they had designs on selling much more expensive tires all along. I would hope it was more incompetence than sinister up-sell as motivation, but who really knows. Based on the rest of this, I'd lean towards incompetence. I finally called another tire shop and began installing the spare back on myself in their shop and taking the wheel I payed too much for from them and getting the right tire installed at Americas Tire store in about 12 minutes, which is about what this should have cost me in time at Ford to replace a wheel and tire, rather than leaving after three and a half hours with nothing having been done. I have had similar experiences at this place in the past, but this was by far the worst. They don't seem to care at all about the precious time of their customers. I have a feeling that being the only Ford dealer for many miles has them thinking they can do whatever they want without consequences. I have had enough from them and will never give them another dollar. I also intend to let the rest of their potential customer base know what they are getting into and I want it to cost them money and customers. Maybe that would wake then up. If not, it will at least make a dent on their bottom line. The last time I went though something similar here, they tore into my transmission and claimed they needed a week to fix it. I went to a local Aamco shop and they fixed it that day. I don't live in the area, but I travel through for work often and they are keenly aware of this and delay me senselessly every time. They simply do not care and that's the only logical conclusion. Maybe they are trying to generate kickbacks from a local rental car company? I don't know. I have owned 15 Fords in my life and I'm about as loyal of a Ford customer as they get. If I was ever to live in this area and be forced to deal with them, I would look at other brands immediately. This is a HORRIBLE operation full of lazy employees. If I ran this place, I would start firing people. The people you hire are the face of your business. A good business starts and ends with customer service. Period. This is a crap operation with no customer service. Ford needs to do an audit of this dealer and think strongly about even having them in their network. Ford will be getting my letters as well. Enough. read more

I had a warranty issue that for some reason PS Ford couldn't figure out. Even though Fiesta Ford was a good distance from my home I took my truck there. Adam in service was spot on and took great care of me and my truck. While they were performing the warranty work on the transmission the mechanic, Tony, recommended that I replace some other items while the transmission was apart. The parts he recommended were inexpensive and saved me a ton in labor! I appreciate this kind of thinking. Fiesta Ford has a great culture as is evidenced by the entire dealerships attitude. Fiesta Ford has a nice appearance from the street and all the people that work there are very nice. Our 2007 Ford Edge broke down on us on the way to work at 48,000 miles, so we had it towed to a Mobil gas station that suggested to tow it to a Ford dealership because it was an engine problem. WE just recently purchased a certified used car with just over 8000 miles. During the car buying we asked the salesman if the registration would be new since we had concerns about it being due in less than six months. We were assured that it would be and now we just recieved a bill for almost 700.00. I called the dealership several times to keep getting the run around. They go to great lengths to sell you the car but after they do they don't want to do the right thing and honor the sales agreement. I will be filing a complaint against the dealership. Buyer Beware. We needed to get an oil change and also have our tires checked because the indicator light was on for the last two months. Right from the very start they were absolutely amazing and accommodating. I called and asked if they had an appointment available and the gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and very accommodating and I was able to bring my car in within 45 minutes. Eric Moreno was absolutely amazing super thoughtful attentive professional and gracious. They expedited the processing of getting my oil changed, tire pressure indicator light reset and repaired the nail that was in my tire for a minimal fee. I had a coupon which I left at home but Eric was kind enough to apply the $30 coupon to my total fee so that I was able to get all of the work done on my oil change and a tire repair for under $50. I will definitely be coming back here for my routine oil check and change as I like the personalized touch they bring to their service for their customers here. read more

Saw a decent deal on an escape for 26k. But when we get there they don't have any in stock but used ones for overpriced price of 30k. We asked if maybe there was incentives with the holiday and attempted the deal. Once we get to the numbers the sales guy undervalued our trade in car 10k. I tell him to check it again because Kelly blue book values it 6-10k more than his estimate and we would be content with the low end of it. The sales manager comes by and values our car 3k more which is still undervalued and offers the used car we wanted at full price and with a monthly payment of 920 for 72 months! A 30k car with the monthly payment of a 50k car. I ask him how he came up with that number and he said with taxes and the previous car amount. So now a 40k used car for 920 a month. While our car were trading in is 700 a month for 40k original price. I inform the sales manager and ask him to rerun the numbers. He says okay and never comes back. We have to wait a whole extra 30 mins for him to say he didn't want to try. Sorry fiesta Ford we're not the normal people you sell to and take advantage of. I'd like to start out by saying I always read the reviews before I visit establishments for the first time, especially when it comes to food. I've been shopping at Fiesta Ford before Yelp became the go-to place to get opinions, so I figured after 5 vehicle purchases here, it was overdue for my review. Sometimes, I feel like car dealerships are painted in a bad light before they are even given a chance. Sort of like the opposite of 'innocent until proven guilty'. I think if I had read these reviews first before coming to Fiesta Ford, it would have put me in a bad mood, which is what I feel like happened to some of these negative Nellys. Anyways, my first visit here I came in with an open mind and realizing that I may not have the best chance of getting financed. I just needed someone to take a chance on me and Fiesta Ford did! I bought my first brand new car which was a 2012 Fusion. Since then, I've upgraded myself to a Fusion Energi two times in a row, a Mustang, and a F150...all brand new vehicles. All of these cars were within my budget since I came in with realistic expectations. My advice would be to not come in with daggers in your eyes, be respectful to your salesperson, and have *realistic* expectations of what you can afford. As for comments about mark ups...news flash...everything you buy is marked up! I never understood why it's ok to ask that about a car, but nobody asks that about groceries or clothing. Service area is fast and polite! I haven't really had to spend any time there except for oil changes and tire pressure changes. There was one occasion on my first car where the hood didn't latch correctly and it set off my alarm often. They kept my car for a couple days and rented me a new one for the mean time. I didn't have to pay for anything. Yes, my warranty covered it. I continue to be a satisfied customer and I'm looking forward to my next purchase in 1-2 years. "Stew" is my go-to guy! We have been taking our F-150 Supercrew to Fiesta for years for service and they have always done a good job. We also got a good deal on some General Grabber HTS tires here, rated as about the best tires for this particular vehicle. Better price than other tire dealers in the area. I needed some work done on my other vehicle and brought it in here. Same good service. I don't rate it 4 or 5 stars because, honestly, how excited can you really get over a car dealership/service shop? They do their job, do it well, with no drama. I thought I would take a test drive in a new Ford Fiesta from Fiesta Ford, and was treated courteously by the sales guy even though he didn't make a sale. I have a bad back and need decent lumbar support, which the Fiesta does not have. Also, I thought the suspension was rather rubbery -- kind of like the Toyota Yaris. Otherwise it's not a bad car. My first experience with Fiesta Ford was in 2015. I brought my 2005 Freestyle ford in for an oil change. The Hispanic female service advisor was pushy and wanted to sell me on additional services. I specifically told her that I wanted only the item I asked for and none other. She insisted that they should inspect my battery. I told her NO because the battery was less than a year old. I returned later that day paid the bill and noticed that there was a charge for battery inspection. I had told the service advisor NOT to inspect the battery. At that point I vowed never to do business there again. My second experience with Fiesta Ford was in 2018. I have a 2005 Ford Thunderbird, had lost one of my keys and both Fobs. I felt that they could not screw up ordering a key and two Fobs. They filled the order which I paid for with my CC. At home after about a week or 10 days one of the fob would no longer work. I returned to Fiesta , met another service advisor who wanted to test the Fob. I gave it to him. He pressed the button the Fob worked. At this point I told him I am Disabled, cannot walk without assistance and have little hand strength. I asked to exchange the Fob for a different one to which he replied, "walk over to Parts and ask them if they will exchange the Fob. I am disable also, I had my Disabled Plague hanging from my rearview mirror. I could not believe how discourteous he was especially after telling him of my disability and with the Plaque being visible. STAY AWAY FROM FIESTA FORD'S SO-CALLED SERVICE DEPATMENT. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTY, DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL. In 2020 during the Pandemic I went to Fiesta's sales department, with my caregiver, to ride in the new Ford Ranger. They were very nice, honest and respectful, unlike their service department. read more
