I've been coming here since they opened over ten years ago and it's always the same... Friendly service. Fast kitchen.Great Margaritas (order the Skinny ones for a few bucks more and enjoy a real margarita vs "mix"). Great daily specials (Taco Tuesdays always packed). We enjoy coming here especially after a big hike. We noticed this past visit service and food wasn't as great as we have usually found. The table next to us had to ask a few different workers if the husband's quesadilla was ready. By the third ask, someone finally brought it out but the wife had already finished her meal. We will give them another try on a future visit but we hope it was just an off day for them. read more

We stopped by there over the Labor Day weekend for dinner. It came highly recommended. It was an excruciating wait though they had empty seating but apparently short of staff. We were seated in about 30-40 mins. we chose the patio because of dog. It was nice & clean. Then came another wait as we could not locate the server. When he came we gave all our order as we couldn't wait any longer. We had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. We prayed hoping atleast the food was worth the wait and it was. The margaritas were amazing and whatever we ordered as party of 7 was good. Everyone finished their food. I don't blame them because the restaurant didn't plan for the long weekend rush. Whoever served us was curtius and food was delicious. That's why the 4 star!! We will come back when we visit. read more

0 stars!!! Awful service!!! We didn't get any napkins, plates or silverware. The waiter was very rude (Sebastian). We received the cheese dip that we ordered with no chips to eat it with. We had the chicken fajitas which was mostly peppers and onions with hardly any chicken to speak of. There was a family of 5 sitting next to us that had been waiting for an hour and a half that ended up walking out. Save your money and go somewhere else would definitely NOT recommend!!! read more

Stopped in on a Friday for lunch. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside on the patio as a group of 9 with a dog. I do appreciate when restaurants serve pitchers of margaritas. With 6 adults having a drink 1 pitcher was good for all of us to have a drink. The service was friendly and the food came out nice and hot. read more

Sorry for not posting with pictures, but if you've seen tortillas meat and cheese together you don't really need them lol. That being said the service was fast and friendly. We shared the Nachos supreme between two people and ended up taking more than half home because it was so much. Easily feeds 4-6 people, and they may not need a dinner after sharing that. It can get loud when it is full but it is a colorful casual dining experience for the whole family. read more

We went here during our stay in North Conway, NH for dinner since other places were booked. We got the carne asada dish and chicken fajitas and both came with refried beans, Spanish rice, tortillas, and lettuce/tomato/sour cream. We also got the chicken fiesta fries to share and it came with a chipotle mayo drizzled which I liked but I probably would've preferred the steak ones. Overall great food experience with huge portions but service was slow. The carbonated drinks have free refills which was nice. They have drink specials every night if you're interested as well. It was packed on a Sunday night by I'm assuming other visitors to the area as well during peak foliage season. read more

The quesadilla Mexicanas were SO good. My husband loved his meal as well. We live in California now and it hit the spot.

The service was great one person in our party of five had very challenging dietary restrictions and the servers and kitchen crew went out of their way to accommodate her needs. The complementary warm tortilla chips, salsa and Casio fresco were fresh and a great start to our lunch. I had the Governors Tacos three corn tortillas filled with huge grilled shrimp poblano peppers onions and melted cheese served with green sauce and creamy chipotle sauce way more than I could eat. Everyone in our party agreed that our lunch at Fiesta Jalisco was five stars. Oh one more thing the 24oz Dos Equis amber on tap totally complimented my meal! read more

A fun, family friendly Mexican restaurant with a huge menu. I ordered the Jalisco salad with chicken and it was great! The grilled chicken was delicious. My friend and I also got the house margaritas, which were enormous. Not the greatest margaritas ever but they did the trick after a long day of hiking. The service was so-so. Our original waiter just disappeared and we had to ask a new waiter to take our order after we waited for over 15 minutes. But it was fine after that. read more

Food was pretty good and the portions here are absolutely massive. I had the Burrito Jalisco and it filled up the entire plate, which had to be like 12 inches. It was a bit of a strange dish to be honest but I still rather enjoyed it. The chicken was very good but I think I would opt for a more traditional dish if I were to go back. Someone else ordered the Molcajete which looked really good and was also huge, so I think it would have been a better idea to just share that. Service was great and super fast. Interior is funny, they went a bit overboard with the random decorations. The biggest drawback about this place was the margaritas. We ordered a pitcher of the Cadillac margs and they sucked. They don't taste fresh so I'm pretty sure they're just using a mix. I was craving an authentic marg with fresh lime juice and this place didn't deliver on that front. My husband and I both ordered Quesdillas Mexicanas. One beef, one chicken quesidilla with lettuce, tomatoe and sour cream. Quesadilla=cheese. My husband got shredded cheese on his plate, none on mine. I waited for the server to come by to check in our meals; he never did. I spend 6 months a year in Mexico. I have never been served a quesadilla that had only wet shredded meat and was so wet and soggy. Awful. A waste of $40 read more

This is a local favorite and unfortunately I just can't get on the band wagon. Many people in the area love it because their cheap food and margs. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this is not the place. They have the basic classics but unfortunately the food didn't taste fresh. The rice was hard and the margs tasted mostly of sour mix. The service was extremely fast and the staff was very nice. There is indoor/outdoor seating and I didn't have to wait long to get a table during a very busy time. There is also plenty of parking. The prices are very reasonable. read more

Really amazing food and amazing portion size! Ordered takeout here on a trip to North Conway and everyone left the food. Molcajete - I'm not usually one for meat and seafood in one dish, but somehow that shrimp and chicken and everything going on here went well together. A really large amount of food here and two of us actually split this. Chipotle Burrito - a really massive burrito and also so so so good! Love the Chipotle sauce that came on the side. I only had a quarter from my husband's but really really loved it all the same! Probably my favorite among all the food we got here. Enchiladas - portion size seemed a little small here because it was just 2 enchiladas and a bunch of the veggies and such on the side. My brother did enjoy it and ended up eating some of the other food on the table to satisfy. Vegetable fajitas - Another good one here. Vegetables are cooked really well and have a lot of flavor. Only downside is that there was quite a bit of a oil in there. Appreciate the fresh tortillas on the side! read more

We happened to come here on Cinco de Mayo. The vibe seemed fun. I even wore a fun sombrero for the day. Admittedly the staff wasn't friendly. Surprising when this is the busiest day of the year for a Mexican restaurant. The waiter wasn't friendly and actually very cold. Nonetheless the food was good. The drinks were good. Went the first time with my wife and the second time with friends. we arrived and were seated and given chips and watched 3 additional groups get seated after us, we then sat and watched as all three groups that arrived after us placed drink orders and food orders while we sat there being completely ignored. finally the chip girl came back and with a shocked expression asked if we had ordered yet. we told her we had not even gotten to order drinks. At this point we were so annoyed we got up and left. IF this has been a one time thing we wouldn't have cared but this has been two consecutive back to back visits with the exact same experience. The steak is over cooked and basically rubber and half the orders are completely wrong when they do actually bring them. Will NEVER go back here again and could never recommend to anyone. read more

This place took me by surprise as a lot of places don't know what real Mexican food is. Their salsa was very flavorful and the portion sizes were ample. The California Burritos were delicious and the hot wings were nice and spicy. The cheese dip was amazing!!! My husband enjoyed the chicken fajitas though they weren't as flavorful as he is used to. This is a very lively, well- lit, spacious place with both indoor and outdoor seating. When we went, it was cold so we opt for indoor seating. We never seen a cocktail tower so we were intrigued and ordered the mango margarita tower. (They have like 5 flavor options, can't mix~$35) All the dishes are large portions, so be prepared to take some leftovers home. This is not a tex mex place but more authentic Mexican place. Great find for us on Taco Tuesday! We went at lunchtime and got a booth right away. It was busy, but tables are spaced out and staff are wearing masks. We felt safe. This is your traditional Mexican Cantina/Taqueria. Don't expect anything different and you won't be disappointed. We are vegan and ordered the bean tacos without cheese. Mine came out no cheese and hubs came out with cheese. He was going to pick it off, but the waiter kindly got him a new order. Tacos are hard or soft shell. Ours came with beans and shredded lettuce. The shells are crispy. The beans are average and I add hot sauce for flavor. The salsa is very good. They have alcoholic beverages too. I'd go back if in the area. After 6 hours of hiking, my fiancé and I worked up an appetite. Driving through North Conway, we saw the sign for Fiesta Jalisco Mexican Restaurant...we both love Mexican food so it was an easy decision for us to come here. We started off with margaritas, coconut for me and house lime for him. We both liked our drinks - they were big, refreshing, and had just the right amount of tequila. Per usual, we ordered guacamole with chips for an app. The guacamole wasn't my favorite, I personally think it was more bland and lacked spiciness. For my entree, I got the Burrito Chipotle - it was big and satisfied my hunger. My fiancé got Chicken Chimichangas and devoured his entire plate. Overall, Fiesta Jalisco was okay for satisfying our hunger and Mexican food cravings, but I prefer a more authentic Mexican spot. read more
