Had a waitress that didn't want anything to do with us. In guess we didn't decide fast enough. She had an attitude when asked a question. Little helper brought our lunches out. My wive's meal was burnt. I've never sent anything back a a Mexican restaurant before. Never once did the waitress come check on how the meal was or if the remake turned out better. Not thing a concerned wait staff would of done. She disappeared and I actually had to get up from the table to get some help. She did refill my glass once. Left my wife high and dry. I don't know what or why but it seemed like she was doing everything at arms length to stay away from us. Like she was afraid of getting Covid from us. But of course she didn't have a mask on while waiting there by her. Is and others. Awful don't go! We ordered take out and when the guy answered the phone he told me to hurry up.. really? Our order was wrong and the food was ice cold. On top of all that, they over charged me. The food is good but the service really could be better. EVERYTIME we go, the server brings the food and then never comes back again. and you will be done with your meal and sit for 25 min waiting for the check. Being fair, my husband enjoyed his 3 beef enchiladas, rice and beans. He has difficulty chewing so the mushy mess was easy for him to consume. On my plate I had a wet soggy tostadas covered in a smear of something brown and a few pieces of lettuce. In addition I had a small soggy burrito and an wet enchilada filled with a thick cheesy substance. Both were tasteless with the exception of the sauce. It went into the trash. The pico de gallo was the best part of the meal...so glad I got two servings. The meal did come with a huge serving of chips with salsa. This new location rocks. It's closer than the one of 40\42 and it's very clean and classy looking. Only reason for the -1 star was that we had two small kids with us and our waitress was a bit tardy to our table several times when it was pretty clear we needed to pack up and leave. read more

Pablo the manager had the nerve to try and tell me what I ordered and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Pretty sure I know what I said. His staff over charged me and then would not give my money back. His sorry attitude cost him customer which by the way he never apologized for HIS mistake. Do not recommend this place. read more

Ordered online with doordash, Fiesta did not include a meal and wanted me to order again through doordash and pay the doordash fee, come get the meal (without a car due to service) or refund. Terrible. The place wasn't crowded and the food took forever. Prices weren't great and portions were medium to small. But what really got us was that the watress was snotty. Also, menu says anyone over 10 can get the kid's menu item if you pay $1.00. My son ordered that (he's a scrawny 13) and was never told, "Oh yeah, you pay the extra $1.00 but you also DON'T get the drink that's included w/the kid's menu." Not only were we super excited to finally have a Mexican restaurant close to home, we are even more excited that the food is amazing! The service is also pretty excellent! You should definitely try out Fiesta Mexicana (exit 319 off of I-40). read more

It's hit or miss. Don't do take out the quality is poor. The soup tastes old and rancid sometimes.

Bad attitudes and terrible customer service. When ordering takeout they have messed up orders every time and the ONE time we went back out of at least 3 times of our order being wrong, the manager looked at it and said it wasn't wrong then started walking away. He was extremely rude but when my dad called and talked to him he didn't get rude and started trying to fix it. So I would only suggest eating here if you're cool with misogyny, otherwise there's another location 10 minutes down the road which I have never received bad service at and would highly recommend. read more

Terrible service. Ordered online and it said it would be 20 minutes. Got there when it was supposed to be ready and it took another 40 minutes to get my food. It wasn't until I asked for a refund that I got my food. Then the order was wrong. After all that it wasn't even that good. I would have been better off going to the Taco Bell two buildings over. read more
