Nice inside, staff was friendly, while there waiting for takeout we witnessed a good number of people picking up orders so that's always a good sign that the food is good, will return to eat at the restaurant to enjoy a drink next time.

We got seated immediately and our waitress was nice. There are tvs and lights and the space is pretty big so that you're not eating on top of someone. We started off with the carne asada fries, which I think would have tasted a lot better without the beans. The steak was pretty good though. Taco bowl was basic but flavorful, the taco bowl was light and airy too. Kids cheeseburger looked dry, but at least the bun was buttery lol Shrimp birria ramen noodle soup was good but confused on where the birria part comes in. Would recommend & would go back!

I made a to-go order and enjoyed most of the meal. I got the taco salad with extra chicken and shrimp to go along with the beef. Those flavors, coupled with the guacamole, salsa, sour cream and pico de gallo provided a flavorful and satisfying experience. I also got grilled fish soft tacos and those were good too. The whole fish (tilapia) was fried a little too hard, making the meat tougher than it should have been. While this was a fail, the rest of the meal was very good.

Came on a weekday for lunch walked right in with no wait. Restaurant was clean. Service was decent no small talk or personality. Chips and salsa came immediately and were fresh and hot. The salsa was not my preference. The birria tacos were excellent. The rest of the food was bland.

I checked this place on a Monday afternoon, so it wasn't particularly crowded when I went. It has bright decorations and very clean inside. The staff were also very pleasant. Chips and salsa also came out before we ordered. I ordered chicken fajitas. The food came out quickly and was served piping hot. The chicken fajitas appeared fresh (bright, colorful veggies) and were also served with two home made tortillas. The taste was lightly seasoned, so if you're a person who does not like your food heavily salted, check this place out. Parking is free and easily accessible in front of the restaurant. Great place to grab lunch or dinner. Pricing is also comparable to other local Tex Mex spots in the area.

Two visits. 1st one, Fiesta Texmex Fajitas (shrimp, steak, chicken), bacon smash burger and carne asada fries. 2nd visit, carne asada fries, steak and shrimp fajitas. I must say, the carne asada fries are scrumptious! Definitely a must order! Customer service, no complaints.

I love fiesta tex mex and will be a returning customer . The food is always hot and tasteful . Great customer service they are always attentive and quick to bring whatever you need . I've never waited more than 20 minutes for my meal . Only wish is that they served alcohol too but the great food makes up for it . Ambiance is nice and family friendly ,you're always greeted upon arrival and the staff always provides great food recommendations. I was so hungry forgot to take pics of my sons food too lol

    Dry store bought nacho chips

I drove 30 mins each way for this crap. The rice is hard/undercooked. The veggie fajitas was not made to be eaten with tortillas as the pieces are too large. The nacho only has stuff on top and not made with store made chips, they should be ashamed of lying and charging so much.

This was my first time here seeing that Waldorf is a pretty far ride from me. Everyone really enjoyed their orders and the staff is really nice and it's a pretty nice size restaurant decorated with bright colors. Parking is available as they are located in a big shopping center so you have ample parking. Fish and shrimp tacos Chicken sandwich Quesadillas Veggie burrito

This place has really yummy food and really friendly and quick service. We have been here twice this month and about to order for a third time. I'd say they are known for their Birria which you can get in a multitude of dishes( eggrolls, tacos, pizza). My recommendation would be to try them out on a weekday afternoon.

We went here on a date evening and enjoyed it. We had the Carne Asada fries, Sweet Chili shrimp tacos, pile-high nachos with beef and chicken, Santa Fe chicken salad, and lemon pepper wings. All were well-seasoned and temperature-appropriate. We were seated promptly by friendly wait staff. The restaurant was clean and not loud despite the number of TVs. The mister really enjoyed it, too. We'll be back!

Was looking for a spot with birria tacos close to home. And I hit the loteria with Fiesta Texmex. Forget the other Mexican restaurants in Waldorf, this is the real deal! Trust a Mexican girl straight out of San Anto! Only thing missing is homemade flour tortillas and their liquor license.

Alambres looking delicious and it looks even better in person!!

I enjoy myself every time I come here and I hope they never change. The food is fresh and delicious. You can tell it's made from scratch. The service is wonderful. All the staff are friendly and courteous. They bring appetizers, drinks and food quickly and check in on you just frequently enough but not too much to disturb your meal. The vibe is fun and relaxed with Mexican music in the background and bright colors in the facility. It's a great place to bring a friend or the family. SN: The bathroom is consistently clean too

So I just yelped and this place came up. I love a homey looking restaurant so I decided to give them a try. Now the inside has two area...the bar area with a few table tops and the other side where you can go to the counter and order and has several tables to sit. I decided to sit at the table tops on the bar side. The bartender came and took my order. I decided to start off with a strawberry margarita. Now, I was kind of disappointed in the margarita because if you asked me I would think it would be made from scratch. It was not...Smdh So the margarita was extremely sweet and tasted artificial. I ended up getting a couple of other drinks ended up being Mai Tai which tasted way better. Now on to the food...shrimp tacos were made with the small shrimps and was plentiful which was good. Just when I asked for cheese it was the queso fresco I believe which was not what I expected. I also ordered steak tacos and the steak was cut in strips like you would find at a Chinese restaurant. Not seasoned at all. The guacamole I ordered with a side of chips didn't have flavor or salt either. I was so disappointed again this restaurant seems to supposedly should have been "authentic" and everything should have tasted homemade and on point. Would I come back no... The side order of jalapeños were grilled good, but the green onions can't remember what they are actually called rates old and were left side like they were sitting around getting soggy. The amount of money I spent compared to what I got...it's one and done for me.

I know enough Spanish to speak to a 4 year old, so I was way out of my league! I noticed upon arrival that they have some baked good, grocery goods, and apparently hot dishes given there were a few tables where people were actively eating. I just kind of strolled around for a minute looking lost. There is no one readily available to help people like me with the deer-in-headlights look. I had hoped to try an empanadas but it seemed intimidating so I strolled over to the shelves where there were various breads, pastries and cookies. I was still a bit lost because I first saw people with trays and grabbing breads but I thought they might be employees. But after wandering in another circle I noticed a lady grabbing a tray and tongs. I then saw the little sign that said to use the trays and tongs for the baked goods. I then followed the lady and managed to grab a few items. I had hoped for some cupcakes or donuts but saw neither. I did however get a cheese danish, a couple of cookies and a couple of breads. The items I got were pretty good and the bread was fairly soft. I certainly wasn't disappointed in any of the items I grabbed, I only wished there were a few other sweet items and a better system to better understand how best to navigate the store. But all things considered, the baked goods were good enough that I may very well be back to sample other items.

It refused to "post up" at the Ralph's and looked at me funny when I said "dank". It hadn't even seen all of the Fast and Furious movies. Yeah, this tortilla wasn't definitely NOT from California. I ordered the Blackened Chicken Caeser burrito that I used to get all the time. It was really disappointing. The burritos are huge...maybe too big to wrap the Tortilla around. The guy who made mine managed to poke his fingers through it, so that the minute I went to pick it up, it split in half and all the contents came out on the wrapper. Fortunately, they have forks. The chicken was hard and dry. There wasn't enough Caeser dressing or lettuce on it for it to resemble a Caeser salad...not like in the good ol' days. I'll try again...but at different location.
