The candied salmon and smoked salmon are fantastic. But, the one thing I grab every time I'm at the Ruston Marketplace is his salmon dip. It's like salmon crack. Next time you need a side of salmon for the grill hit up Tristan and see what's available. Grab some dip to munch on while you're grilling. You won't be disappointed. They have all kinds of toys (particularly STEM), clothing, books, treats, holiday items, and all around fun kid (and adult) trinkets. We grabbed a birthday present, pop it, and colored pencil. We arrived slightly before our seating time and noticed plenty of open tables, but the hostess was less than accommodating and unwilling to seat us early. It felt a bit unnecessary given how many open tables at the time. Once we were seated, the experience improved. The food was absolutely outstanding--well-prepared, flavorful, and easily the highlight of our visit. The views were also incredible and made for a beautiful brunch setting.
