Staff was really friendly and helpful. Party room was decorated very nicely by staff which was included in the package. Recommend this place for birthdays and other events. Only thing I would request is that they would at least add 30 more minutes to the swim time the one hour was too short and adding 30 minutes would make a big difference. read more

Their pool is saltwater. Facilities are maintained nicely. Their customers represent their local diverse communities. I attend their adult swim class and especially appreciate Asia, an instructor who pays attention to each individual and makes spot-on advice with friendly and supportive manners. I wish they have a little more hours for open swim time but still greatly appreciate what they offer to the community! read more

This is a great community pool in the area! Plenty of times for open swim, lap swim, tot swim, etc. The rates for swim lessons are extremely reasonable, and sessions are offered frequently. Facilities are clean and well-kept. Plenty of parking outside. read more

This aquatic center allows men in the women's shower/change room. I was told by staff to take my daughter and cousins (11yr old girls) to the family bathroom if we are uncomfortable with men in the women's locker room. read more

My fav local pool. Pool is warm and staff is attentive and regulates it well. My sons in swim lessons here and it's way better than goldfish swim school we attended before. My son is in preschool and he gets to be in the water the whole time as opposed to goldfish were they sit on the edge most the time. The staff is way more engaging also. My only issue is I wish there were private shower areas so a mother and son can feel less awkward in changing/showering. read more

an employee named Dan worked there and kick me and my family out. My family was there at normal hour but I guess you can't use the pool when your allowed too. the service is horrible. If I was anyone listening too this I would try out Eastside Community Center in Tacoma. 100% better I'll put pictures of Fife's pool vs Tacoma's pool for reference. read more

I have been bringing my boys here for over six years! I've always meant to leave a review, but instead verbally told the front desk how great our interactions have been. Well, now that I'm on my third son, taking lessons I think it's time to leave a review! My youngest son is three years old and has apraxia. He is nonverbal for the most part and fully understands what is being said. He has been taking lessons now for a year and this week while he was taking lessons his instructor, Aubrey was being so patient and kind and just an amazing instructor for him. It was in that moment as I was watching the interaction that I just couldn't help but cry. Not everyone is understanding when it comes to Walker not being able to communicate back. It is hard for me to watch and see him be misunderstood, sometimes it even seems like people are annoyed that he cannot talk back. But every week over and over again Aubrey is kind and treats him like any other kid. I just felt an overwhelming sense of appreciation of how she never has made it seem like Walker is a hassle to teach. I can't say enough about the staff here at Fife aquatic Center. They are patient, kind, and go through so much training and truly know how to do their job, and I cannot praise them enough!! if the drive is too far for you, or you can only get on the waitlist here it is 100% worth it! read more

First off, please don't pay attention to any of the older reviews on this as they are complaining about law enforcement in Fife, and not actually talking about the swim center. So don't let that one star fool you! Anyway, friendly staff, open lanes and clean amenities is all you need for your morning (or evening) swim. I love coming here because I can meet up with my swim buddy who works close by. I also love the fact that it is a salt water pool. Growing up, I learned and swam in chlorine pools, hating the smell even after taking a shower. Even though their hot tub is chlorine, after I take a shower, I don't smell of chlorine all day. It can get pretty busy in the early mornings, but I usually go around 730/8am and it starts to die down once everyone else goes to work. Today, when my buddy and I walked in there was no one in the pool, everyone was leaving! It was nice to have lane options! I usually drop in as I go to a gym in Seattle with a pool close to my work. On my off days, since I live in Puyallup, I come here and only pay $3.50 during open/lap swim. They have a variety of swim equipment for pool use and if you forgot to bring your towel, just ask one of the friendly staff members and they'll be happy to provide you with one. The women's locker room is nice and clean, plenty of lockers to go around. The showers are nice because they have a great shower pressure. However they only provide you with liquid soap out of a dispenser, so bring your own shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc.... They do have a automatic swimsuit dryer as well if you need it. I know there are pools closer to my apartment in Puyallup, but I prefer the drive out to Fife, even though it's mostly through industrial parks and neighborhoods, it's a pretty drive, especially heading back to Puyallup where on a nice day you can see Mount Rainer. I will be coming here on my off days if I don't feel like heading to my gym in Seattle. Hope to see you all here :) read more

Great community pool! They have a warm shallow pool separate from the main pool that is perfect for teaching toddlers how to swim

I've only been on the weekend so I can't speak for how busy it gets on weekdays, but weekend mornings are MOBBED with little kids. They're everywhere. Lap lanes are limited and always busy. Last time I went there was a girl putting up Halloween decorations who ignored me waiting at the front desk to pay for several minutes. Pool is part saltwater if you're into that, but there's still chlorine for obvious reasons. read more

Nice pool with good staff. My 5 year old is doing swim lessons which are affordable, convenient and really are great! My daughter lives her coach and the class size is small so she gets a ton of 1:1 instruction time! Excited to have found them and to use them going forward. read more

My kids having been going here for a while now and they love it. Every staff member is awesome, but my girls love Jillian and Savannah. My only issue is that its a 5:1 (sometimes more) and I feel that 30mins is not enough time for instructor to work with all the kids equally. read more

I am the mother of 3 children. They all went through Fifes Swim America Program. We have been happy with the instructors. Our favorites have been Lauren and Fran. Every child connects with an instructor in a different way. The program is reasonable in price and convenient in times. read more

After doing a lot of research I chose Fife for my Daughter swimming lessons. When we got there for the first lesson I realized I had left her towel at home. I could not drive the 20 min home and back. There were no stores nearby either. Thankfully the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. People leave their towels there by accident and the pool launders them. Just in case there is a forgetful parent. The pool and facilities are clean. The teachers are really good with the kids. The parking lot is small, but they have opened up the high school parking lot. Which is right next door. There is a playground just outside the pool. So if you get there early you can waste some time. read more

I and a friend went to this pool mid-morning, during the recreational swim/lap swim session. 4 lanes were open for lap swimming, and the rope between the last 2 lanes were removed for open swim, so the rec area had access to the deeper water, too. The front desk has goggles, caps, and other items available for decent prices, and the gal there was very helpful. The lockers are big, and there are a ton of lockers arranged in a way that feels discrete when it's time to change. The shower is communal, has a strong spray, pegs for towels, and there is a suit drier. The pool is warm and maintained with salt, which felt amazing, and didn't burn when I accidentally opened my eyes under the water w/o goggles. There were separate bins with fins, kickboards, and other equipment available to use on the deck. The lifeguards were really alert and nice. There's a hot tub, and a smaller, shallower, kids pool. The kids seemed to be having fun, without causing chaos for the adults that were just wanting to swim. read more

I have Y membership but prefer to go here for the swimming lessons because it is very close to our new home. Megan is very helpful, she seems genuinely willing to help and explain the process well. Marta on the other hand seems grouchy and arrogant, couple times I asked her how my daughter is doing...one time she gets back to me after 'a long wait' and the other time she forgot..just sitting there in front of her computer looking at pictures...bossy. Inside the building is a big main pool, 2' wading pool, and a hot tub. Nice park with swings right beside the swim center building. read more

We have become a corporate police state. I have to drice through Fife more often that I car to, becuase I love in Milton, a place where none of the cops actuallt live here, including the Police Chief. Theya re like a bunch of ugly Keystone Cops, and most are more dangerous than whoever it is that they are supposed t be protecting from. They are so brave and trustworthy that they won't even post their rosters online. I won't say what i would like to see about these cameras. They Cliam it increases safety, but the most dangerous part of Fife is the overpass, and all of the cars exitong from Northbound I-5, that are ruuning the stop sign to take a right turn to go north on the Overpass. It is almost impossible to North on the overpass without several cars just running the stop sign, even it means hitting you. Until The City starrts enforcing that stop sign, they are full of it, when they talk about safety. It is just another example of a Gestapo city. Hitler would have loved it. read more
