I love this place. The clothes are organized by color, just like my closet it and I have found some amazing items there for a fraction of the price. Ok, there may be a spot or tiny stain...sometimes. But hey, did you not get that they're not new? Don't buy it then, keep looking,and stop complaining. I bought 10 cashmere sweaters there a year ago and didn't pay over $30 for any one of them.Two of the sweaters had the tags still on them for $185 each! I'm wearing one of them now as I'm typing and get compliments on it all the time. I bought my mother a gorgeous periwinkle blue cashmere sweater for Christmas and it was her favorite gift. It was $25 and had the original tag still on it for $125. You just can't beat the prices. I have never had anyone be rude to me in the store, and the gal that helped me with my Christmas purchase for my mom was delightful, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I asked her if she was the owner and she said no. I was really surprised because she had the attitude of someone that took real pride in what she was doing, which is usually the owner. I'd give that woman a raise, she deserves it. I can't stand to waste my time and love organization and efficiency. One of the reasons I keep coming back (in addition to the fab deals) is because I don't feel I'm picking thru someone else's messy closet. The clothes are arranged by size and color and it is such a time saver! Keep up the good work! I'll be in this weekend for more wonderful things and will be bringing my sweetheart as well. Shopping - Very nice store with wide selection of items. Staff was knowledge and friendly. They were able to answer questions about some of the higher end brand pieces. It was nice to be able to see the handbag before spending my hard earned money. Selling - They seem organized and have very specific guidelines (which at first glance seemed a bit much). Grace at the counter was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. All in all it was a fast process and I was able to get something for items I would have usually just donated. Plus I was able to use the store credit from my items to buy a dress (that was still new with tags). In today's age of disposable fashion this place is a great way to save money, be a little less wasteful, and still wear current styles! read more

E-Collectique Runway Boutique is by far my favorite place to shop! I have had great experiences with consigning clothes and have received a fair value for all of the clothes that I have consigned. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and the environment is very welcoming to shop in. The selection of clothes is fantastic, the selection is great, and the store offers all of my favorite brands. The clothes themselves are all in great quality and most look like they have never been worn! I have definitely created a nice wardrobe for myself just by shopping at E-Collectique and with trade-credits, it makes it all that much better! Clean and well organized store. While the men's dept is limited I was able to find several very nice sweaters in what looks like brand new condition priced way below what they would be at regular retail. They had a TON of clothes and other stuff for my fiance. She will find so much to try on that I can sometimes become bored. What really matters is the savings as she can buy ten items here for the price of one new. The store itself feels like some of the high end boutiques I've visited while on vacation. The store is clean and very well-organized, everything is sorted by color and size which makes it really easy to shop their selection of boutique and designer brands. ​ I am always greeted by one of their friendly staff member every time I stop in; and they are extremely accommodating as I tend to want to look at a LOT of the jewelry in the cases. I love E-Collectique! The section and quality of the clothing is fantastic. The store is easy to browse, racks aren't super packed as they are often are other consignment shops. The staff is professional and helpful and very observant if you need help. I think some of the other reviews are unfair as they DO have a posted bathroom policy and are very upfront about their sell/trade policies. Jewelry selection is awesome and super affordable. Great stuff available however owner Sarah is incredibly rude. Makes you not want to purchase any items due to her general personality and interactions with others in the store. Has no respect for customers and should not be representing their store up front. Will never be back because purchasing items from her is not where I want to be spending my money. read more

I hate to say it, but I can corroborate other posters' complaints about unfriendly service. Today, I watched my wife receive poor treatment after being a loyal customer for many years. So they changed their name so they can be rid of bad reviews? There are hundreds of reasons to avoid this place. The owner threatens to sue because she went to school to be a lawyer. I have found some great clothing, jewelry, and shoes at E-Collectique. The store is nicely laid out and the racks are not packed so you can really look at the items. I stop by often to see what deals I can find. The best part is the prices have been reasonable. I love this place. read more
