The parking lot is small, but never full and there is a drive thru (like all bank branches). The inside is well kept (fairly new) and efficient. My two biggest gripes about this branch is 1) the parking lot. It's not very easy to get in and out of the bank except when you are coming from 485. If you are headed toward 485 on Idlewild, you will have to make an early left at the stop light and then weave your way through the parking lot to get to the bank due to all the one ways and curbs. 2) hours - the banking hours for this branch start at 9am. Not very convenient if you have a ton of errands to do, but since the branch is kinda "out there" it sort of makes sense, but not really.

Have to make an appointment days ahead to speak to a banker, used to be able to just walk in and meet somebody within 5-10 minutes. Now they're closing 2 of the 3 branches closest to me plus a drive-up location. Might as well go with an online bank that gives better savings rate. To top it off I recently had a certificate mature, bank did not notify me at all before the maturity date so they rolled it over to another CD at a cheap rate and didn't say a word about it. When I caught it and met with a banker I was told WFB would waive the penalty for early withdrawal if I chose to invest that money elsewhere since they failed to notify me. For unknown reasons the transaction could not be concluded right then so I returned (with an appointment) the next day. That banker wouldn't even make eye contact with me when entering the branch and the branch manager came to me & says "lets talk in my office" then proceeded to firmly inform me that WFB would NOT waive the penalty and if I chose to withdraw I would take about a $350 hit. WFB calls this "courtesy", I call it "bad faith" if not outright lying. I'm looking around, my days there are numbered. I like my investment advisor there a lot but...

Despite the error being on the bank's side, there has been very little urgency or willingness from management to make the situation easy to correct. On top of that, they mishandled an auto loan that had already been paid off, continued accepting payments afterward by depositing them into savings, and negatively impacted my credit in the process. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, if you are considering banking with Truliant, you may want to carefully explore other options as well.

It could be a great bank...until you need their support. In December they alerted me to a fraudulent purchase for just under $1000. I called, confirmed it was not me and they provisionally added the credit back to my account. I provided all the information I could to backup that I did not make the purchase. In February, they removed the provisional credit and stated "no error occurred" placing the blame on me and removing $1000 from my account. I worked with their fraud team to no avail and even contacted their Sr. Management Team which placed the blame on Visa's fraud department. They had a chance to make this right and failed on multiple occasions. Never again Truliant, you failed me and I'm out $1000. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank at all costs.

An appointment is always needed. There are a greeter that works there, a teller and a manager. It's kind of frustrating because even though they do not look like they are busy and appointment is required. Also I tried to make a deposit thru the drive-in window. Dropped my deposit into the bank canister and no one came to the window, either to greet me or to acknowledge that they were even there. I ended up parking, had an infant with me, got her out and went in. The teller was busy talking with someone and had the deposit receipt in her hand. Defeats the whole purpose of drive in! The workers are nice here but I find the whole process not very efficient and frustrating. I'm sure it's all PNC banks and not just this one.

Upon reading the fine print, on their own paper, was where a non-customer could get a cashiers check, but with a fee of $20. So, why was I told I couldn't get one as a non-customer?? I asked why their teller told me otherwise when it's in their own fine print that I could have gotten one. I got met with 'they didn't know'. I asked if a manager was in and all I got met with is "uhh", "umm". I will not be leaving my bank of over 30 yrs to do business with this bank other than to pay the car payment.
