I received the new order two days later with a handwritten note from Anekka again apologizing & thanking me for my business. This is what good customer service should look like. I understand things happen, but how a business responds to an issue will either earn my repeat business or leave me taking my business elsewhere. Naples OO Co. has definitely earned my repeat business! I should also mention that they have a wonderful selection of oils & vinegars.
