The salon is clean and really cute, and the stylist was super personable and easy to talk to, and really seemed to understand what I was looking for. She was helpful in deciding the best shade of "chocolate brown" for my skin tone which I fully appreciated (I want to know what will look right, of course!), and which color highlight would give the right pop of color I was looking for. She said she doesn't refund under any circumstances, even if they destroy your hair, and LAWSUITS HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST THEM. Why would I trust a place that had lawsuits and charges to fix my hair? The colorist's name was Neil who had previously given me extensions. I went to another salon to find out about these extensions and they were made from synthetic hair and he charged me $600 for them. They were also placed randomly, not in rows, and the hair fell out while the glue bonds stayed in, common with FAKE hair. I requested that I send her an email with the pictures but she told me I had to come in which means taking time and gas money to fix someone else's mistake. I consulted with another colorist and they said they absolutely cannot make my hair the light fluffy blonde it once was again or else my hair will fall out from all the damage this place did to it. The only reason I went back was to try and give them a chance to fix it but they missed out on an opportunity to make a customer happy. I am looking into the Trade Federation to find out who gave their license and file a report. Please save your money and your hair and look elsewhere where they know what they are doing and take this as a very cautionary tale.
