I had to take Michele Lisa to court in order to get a refund which I did. I had highlights put in my hair which came out lovely with one of the hairdressers. I was going to a wedding & I wasn't sure in 6 days if a line of gray would show. I went back to Nicheke Lisa's & Jasmine who retouched my hair where there wasn't any gray hair grown. I was concerned that she was putting the color way below the haurlibe. I spoke to Christine the receptionist & told her my fear. She saw what Jasmine did & then told her to pull the color through. All my highlights were gone & my hair was dark. I have pictures before & after so you can see a significant difference. I immediately called Michele Lisa the next morning 3x. She assured me that she would have me come back & put highlights back into my hair. I told Michele Lisa that I had dye all over my neck & sent her pictures of the dye in my fingernails when I scratched my head. This was such a special occasion to attend my granddaughters wedding. Everyone at the wedding asked me what happened to your highlights? Why is your hair so dark? I was so upset because this was the first time I wore my hair down in 3 years due to Chemo. I was so excited about my haircut & my highlights only to be fooled by Michelle Lisa that she would take care of everything. She said that Jasmine should never have retouched the roots. Just because a customer comes in you just don't do a root touch-up. That she was wrong in doing what she did. I would never ever trust Michele Lisa's word. She went back on her promise, but the truth prevailed in court. I showed the Judge the before pictures & after pictures & won the judgment against her for $45.00 She is a phony. She comes across so sweet, but is not true to her word. It was a lot of effort on my part to take her to court to show her she's not above the law. You can't treat a customer like that & think you are going to get away with it!!! A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!! read more
