Sonny Abbott's Salon has been styling my husband's and son's hair for years. Vinny, the head stylist, is incredibly talented and always makes them look even more handsome. My husband gifted me a "salon day" with Vinny, some years ago. I don't like to fuss with my naturally-curly hair that much and this was my first time in years experiencing a new haircut, new color and styling! After all this time, I really had nothing to lose, and wanted to see for myself if I could have a "good hair day." Having my hair styled turned out amazing. Vinny took my curly hair and made it look absolutely fabulous! This great experience allowed me to trust Vinny, as he obviously mastered the skills required to create masterpieces of style, for women and men. Recently, I needed my hair styled in advance of the 2025 Easter Vigil. I had decided to save money by doing my own box dye, and the result, as you can imagine, was a bit of a disaster. He had to "repair" my multi-color DIY hair coloring job. Fortunately for me, Vinny was up to the challenge. While I thought it was a little darker at the time and a bit disappointed, within two weeks, it lightened to a color I absolutely love. I received a ton of compliments on it and I felt fantastic. Family run business!! Franco and son Vinnie are great hairdresser's and wonderful people. Been coming here for years, and always very happy with the cuts either have given me. I have curly hair too which is not easy to cut, neither have ever disappointed. I also like that it is a small place and after a couple visits they always remember your name.
