The appointment itself was quick and easy. I was there on a busy Saturday, and everyone was friendly enough. I chatted a bit with the hairdresser and the person who did my shampoo. Both were very friendly. I'm still looking for a salon where I will leave feeling "wowed," and I don't think this was it, but they were nice enough and have a steady following, so I wouldn't hesitate to try them again.

I asked for my hair to be cut just below my shoulders and what I got was a bob. Marcia cut 5+ inches more than I asked. My hair does not even reach my shoulders and to make it worse, the cut is insanely uneven. Women know that their hair is a large part of their confidence and identity and Marcia completely disregarded that. She did as she wished to my hair.
