I have been a long time customer of this establishment, spending a considerable amount of money every week gas and cigarettes, but will not be back after the experience I had yesterday! After putting over $70 worth of gas in my vehicle I entered the store to purchase a carton of cigarettes and a couple of other items and encountered a crowd of migrant farm workers in line, which I got in behind. I noticed that they were treated very poorly by one specific cashier (a young man, heavy set, about 30ish, with glasses, who wouldn't give be his name, and told me that he wouldn't give me the managers name either) These migrant workers were all paying customers.. every single one of them! No matter what his political views were, he had no right to treat anybody the way he treated these going men, the way he treated them. When I reached his counter, he said to me "What do you want!" Very rudely. I told him what kind of cigarettes I wanted and asked him if he was having a bad day.. He didn't answer and slammed my carton of cigarettes on the counter and told me my total. I put my card in the machine and it declined because I forgot to unlock it before I came into the store. He slammed the receipt on the counter so loudly that the other cashier's looked over at us. He yelled "It's declined!" With disgust. I explained that he didn't need to get upset and within 3 seconds pulled out another card and had it in the machine and paid my bill. He then slammed that receipt on the counter and walked away. He didn't put my things in a bag or say anything... I then walked over to the other cashier's and asked to speak to the manager, only to be told that there is no acting manager at that store and was totally brushed off. I will be taking my business and my entire family and all of my friends will be taking their business elsewhere from this day forward! I just can't believe that this long time business that has been run so well can go downhill so quickly by employing people who will damage their reputation so badly. So very very sad... read more

Very rude employee at the register this morning at 7am. I'll pay more for gas to be treated with respect. Will not return. When I walked away, she and the other employee behind the counter laughed. Very rude! read more

A great place!! It's super clean and nice staff. A lot of selection of everything with cool gear!

Their Deli is constantly searching for staff. It is totally dependent upon staffing IF the Deli is open & what days & hours. Whenever they have had staff, they seem to do a good job and the food is almost always prepared to order with some limited grab & go items in the cooler. The coffee service is fine IF the machine is up & running. The store is very clean, well-organized and more pleasant than most "truck-stop" type places. It blows my mind how much alcohol is available at a place where people are only driving through and are ON THE ROAD. read more

A big Thank you to Trevor Vargas who assisted a stranded international college student and assisted her to get on a bus and took multiple calls to inform concerned friends about her status. This is great customer service and I surely will stop by when I am up that way visiting my college children at Lewis and Clark and University of Idaho. read more

I have never been so angry leaving a gas station before. I would never ever stop and give these people any business EVER again. Poor business, Poor management, and the lady running the deli counter SHOULD NOT work with the general public. She was incredibly rude and had no customer service or people skills. read more

Fighting Creek is the best gas station and mart along the 95. From it's new modern look, to it's wide variety of food and tobacco (though smoking is nasty don't do it), and it's friendly staff, it's a great place to stop. read more

Ok I went there to buy a can of chew, and the guy asks for my ID I hand it to him and he asks me a whole bunch of questions, then refuses to give me my can of chew even though I am of age. He says if you don't live on your own your still considered a minor! He said you can ask any cop around. Terrible service if your going to go somewhere go to the smoke shops in Worley or Plummer ! Way cheaper and better service by far ! read more

Please tell the young cook in the back that he is much appreciated and did a fantastic job.. I know it was busy and that he was the only one in the back cooking.. So tell him I understand.. If other ate impatient don't mind them.. BecUse he did a great job handling it.. Please don't lose this cook.. I believe his name is Zach.. Please I hope you let him know everyday that he's appreciated.. Also maybe get him some help that's not fair having one man doing what looks like 2-3 man job.. Also the barista was a sweetheart and put a smile on my face.. Hope your doing something for your employees for customer service week.. They definitely deserve it especially the cook and Barista!! read more
