I was so shocked to see how small the store is. Plenty of customers waiting to try on the scrubs, but not enough dressing rooms. They text you when a room is available. Good thing there are shops nearby to shop at while you wait. There are no seats inside, but thank goodness there are seats outside. Two of us shared a room because we did not want to wait any longer than we had to. The quality of the fabric and fit is really good. Plenty of colors to choose from and a few different styles. You definitely get for what you pay for. There are definitely cheaper scrubs to buy elsewhere, but the fabric is thinner. read more

This is the only brick and mortar store and, therefore, the only place to buy physical gift cards. I drove here all the way from Orange County and spent an hour on the 405 to be told they were sold out and would I be interested in a digital gift card? I work in healthcare and have for years and thus buy a lot of scrubs / work related gear (caps / bags/ etc). My fun fact for this review is I am currently typing this wearing a full figs set including the underscrub top I recently bought here in store that inspired this review. I've been in this location several times; I've never had a bad customer service experience. The shop itself is small and they will limit the amount of customers allowed in at once. The MAIN thing to note is this: this shop is meant for customers to try on the items and see the colorways / accessories in person. They definitely do not stock all colors in all sizes at the same time even in main colorways like Navy!! However, if you order from here in person you can get free shipping of the items to your house. Returns here in person have been hassle free for me. The other great thing about this location I must highlight is that they have a recycling scrubs program where if you drop off any pair of old scrubs from ANY brand and receive a $50 gift card to Figs!! If you join the recycling program online and return your scrubs there you can also get Figs credit but it's only $25 so I definitely think its worth coming here. read more

I agree with a fellow Yelper that sales employees should be more helpful, friendly, and patient. I wanted to try the scrubs that I chose but the employee said the dressing rooms are closed. But I saw people trying. I didn't insist and just let it go. I didn't want to create any fuss. From the selections that are out, just let them know the size and the style that you wanted and they will get it for you. Pricey but they last. Material is good as well as the quality. I had actually left a (great) review for this place on another Yelp page right as they opened, but since this one seems to be the go-to, I'll 'update my review' here to align it with the other many one-star expierences. In the search for a pair of joggers, sometimes scrub pants fulfill a purpose for those of us who may not be in the medical industry, yet want something comfortable for work or leisure. After checking online, I wanted to go in-store to try on the selections I came across. I haven't stepped foot in here in a few years, but it was a good experience then so I was looking forward to it. First off, walking in, there was a girl behind the counter assisting a customer, but the guy next to her blatantly stared-and not in a pleasant way either-and I actually maintained eye contact until he slightly nodded. I guess this is the greeting that they give here. Found out it must have been just me since he made a half-assed effort to greet others that came in after me. Finding the pants I wanted in both sizes, I remembered they send the information to the staff in the back to retrieve and put in the fitting rooms. This guy had zero personality/customer service so I was glad to be done with him. The tall girl finished with her customer and asked me if i was being assisted which I was appreciated. I added on another pair of pants with her in the sizes I needed. Another girl from the back brings out the pants and hangs them. I recall these fitting rooms had that cool 'medicine cabinet' with snacks and water behind the smaller mirror and when I checked (as expected), this was now completely void of treats that they first had upon opening. I'm actually glad the pants didn't fit even though this was their sample sale weekend, and I could have had a good deal on them (online at least) but due to the poor experience, I was completely turned off by this place. After dismal service at Vuori downstairs, I was hoping for an improvement here at FIGS. Today must have been a day off from customer service at Westfield Century City mall. read more

Noticed other reviews covering the same issue so going to leave mine to spare others time... I wanted to try on a XS petite pants and XXS small top in the color navy. They didn't have the original color I wanted, but they did offer pulling out a navy which I'd be okay with over the color black. They had to put me on a 1.5 hr waitlist and took down my number. I never got a text so I decided to walk back to the store. Came to find out they pulled the color black and the person was very unhelpful and not willing to go check for the color navy. Instead he said "maybe they sold the last navy in these sizes"... which is pretty unlikely in the 1 hr I was away... read more

I stopped by this Figs store mainly to get the $50 credit for an in-store return. You do this with a kiosk in the corner, and you can recycle one pair of scrubs a month. The store credit is emailed to you, and you need to make a recycling account to do this. I also took the chance to try on some Figs to find my fit, as my friends have had mixed reviews about it. The store is super small and I learn that this location is apparently a pop-up. They only have styles on display, but if you want to try something on, you need to grab a salesperson and they will get you the sizes and styles you want. Overall, the whole system is a bit inconvenient, and it was't my favorite shopping experience. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience at the FIGS pop-up. I waited over an hour just to get into a fitting room to try on scrubs. When I finally got in, the fitting room was extremely uncomfortable--hot, stuffy, no air conditioning, and so cramped that I could barely move without feeling claustrophobic. I recently started a new job that requires me to wear scrubs. I have never worn scrubs before so this was a new experience for me. I looked online and while there are many uniform shops in West LA, FIGS kept coming up time and time again. At first I thought they were just online, but they have a storefront at the Westfield Century City. Great staff! Try on various styles and sizes there. Not everything is necessarily in stock for purchase , but everything is available online. Location is there to help with styles and fits. You can also do embroidery onsite. There sizes do run small, but since I can try all the sizes, I tried the Tansen Scrub pants and the Chisec Three pocket top! Anti-wrinkle fabric. Make sure to wash in cold water! read more

I honestly don't know where to start... I love figs but I had such a terrible experience at this store. If i could leave 0 stars I would. I actually didn't mind waiting 30 minutes to try on clothes but the person helping me in the back just made it seem like every time I asked for another size that it was such an inconvenience to the point I just stopped asking for help because he made me so uncomfortable. And everything I asked for they gave me all the wrong sizes. I wanted to try the Sydney jacket on and they gave me a completely different jacket. On top of everything I wanted my clothes embroidered but they said they wouldn't be able to get to it for another 2 days which I didn't mind but the guy helping me was absolutely horrible, he had such bad customer service and manners! I would give 0 stars if I could. I actually was a big fan of Figs and have bought multiple scrubs from them since Covid began. My problem with them began with a gift of a knit sweater that I received last week. It was too large for me and all I wanted was to exchange it to my size. I went on their website and filled out a return form. They wanted a receipt, which of course I didn't have as it was a gift, and I mentioned it in the message. I got an automated response and then complete silence. I sent another email and got a response that someone would reach out. Again no response. Almost a week had passed. So I drove to the store in Century City Mall. This was a horrible experience They were super unfriendly, rude and unhelpful and said that they couldn't do anything. They gave me a customer service number to call. I've called this number but there's never any answer. I am sick and tired of dealing with this. I've never had any issue with any retailer about returns. This is the first time. I am going to donate the sweater to someone who needs it. Shame on you Figs and you lost a loyal customer. read more

We've frequented this store because we only wear FIGS scrubs but the service is always so bad. No greetings, no smiles. The workers seriously have attitude, or none at all, and just seem so miserable. I suggest you know your sizes and just order online. Truly the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I was excited to visit the store to buy my first pair of Figs and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service provided. Two younger girls and an older woman were working and all 3 of them made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Each time I asked for assistance or for another size it seemed to inconvenience the employees who seemed bothered to have to actually deal with guests. It's not that hard to at least pretend to care. The attitudes of your employees caused me to walk out empty handed today. I rarely ever write reviews, but my experience at this store was so frustrating that I feel it deserves to be shared. When I arrived, there was a line of customers waiting, and not a single employee seemed to care. There were four workers visible, yet only one was actually helping people while the others were standing around in the back, scrolling on their phones. The lack of urgency or basic customer service was shocking. When I finally got help from the one person who was actually working, I made it very clear--twice--that I needed a specific pant size. I even watched him check the tag before bagging it. I asked again before paying to make sure it was correct, and he confirmed it was. Of course, once I got home, I realized the pants were the wrong size. It's incredibly disappointing to know that even after double-checking, I still couldn't rely on the staff to get something as simple as the size right. It's clear that the employees here lack proper training, professionalism, and any sense of accountability. The attitude, the inattention, and the overall lack of effort make it seem like they simply don't care about the customers or the store's reputation. If management is reading this, please take a serious look at your staff and how the store is being run. Customers shouldn't have to beg for basic assistance or double-check work that employees should be doing correctly the first time. Until there's a noticeable improvement in customer service and employee training, I'll be taking my business elsewhere--and I'd advise others to do the same. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I first walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I stood there for about five minutes waiting for help, but all the associates ignored me. Eventually, a tall employee approached me and said she could help, but it was only after I had been standing there for quite a while. I came in for a simple return/exchange, and during the process she asked, "So what do you want me to do here?" which came across as rude and unprofessional. I had to explain that I just needed to exchange a small for a medium. What made the experience worse was noticing that other customers who walked in after me were immediately greeted and helped by other associates. It felt very inconsistent and unwelcoming. I like the brand and will continue to buy their products, but the customer service at this location was very poor. Really disappointed with my experience at FIGS. I went in to exchange a pair of scrub bottoms for the same color in a tall size simple enough. The employee helping me ended up ordering the wrong color for shipping. When I pointed it out, he said his supervisor wasn't there and that she was the only one who could fix it. I was told to wait for a new confirmation email. I waited 45 minutes and had to go back up to check on it myself. The whole time, he had an attitude and didn't seem apologetic at all. After all that, I still said thank you, and he didn't even respond. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was frustrating. First off I want to thank Jasmine, I think her name was shes a tall girl working there, made my experience go from annoying to tolerable. She walked up to me knowing I was in before and asked if I was helped which I said yes, because I thought so? I didn't think she noticed because when I walked in she was helping another person and looked attentive to them. The first girl who helped me said it would be a 20min wait I typed my name and number walked outside to not crowd around people waiting ti be messaged or called on my phone, but she never put me in line to try on a uniform maybe I had to stay inside crowding I don't know but that was the annoying part but while I thought I was in line to try on a size I stayed patient to come to find out she never put me in, so I do thank the girl very much for helping me out to go in first before everyone else after my wait. Before she helped me out I had waited a good while which I was patient for, until people started overcrowding and ignoring the fact that I was standing 1 step right behind them and still then the girl kept inching back into me with my back already pushed into the clothing rack with someone already close to the right side of me until I said something. I thought she noticed because she walked to the lady beside me asked if she was in line, lady said no she proceeded to walk in front of me because I guess I'm a mannequin so don't ask me right thats only logical. I also thought she noticed because she looked back at me but nope still kept pushing me into the rack. I don't know how your in the field of any kind that use this type of uniform if your this rude and incompetent your actions show and its not pretty. This was my only major problem, overcrowding and ignorant costumers not aware of their surroundings me included I should've moved or spoken up sooner after being ignored and cut off by them at the start. I felt the girl who helped me in the end looked more upset, tired and slightly annoyed that she was the only one basically helping people and everyone else was just standing like they didn't know what to do next. My smaller problem would be the lack of training of some of these employees have or little to no care of their surroundings leaving one person to deal with it all while 4 out of the 6 or 7 people I seen working there were standing around looking dazed and confused. It could've just been a bad day or near the end of their shifts and they were tired but maybe rotating front and back workers would ease the load of us 'annoying, un-knowledgeable customers.' That being said workers could help out more by having a line system outside the doors letting few people in and looking more attentive. I do think this would help take the stress of employees and stop the overstimulation with crowds and people from all around them asking questions and being in the way from them working and moving comfortably. I honestly think there was a great selection for the store being as small as it is. I only came in because I bought uniforms from smaller stores from my town but they weren't as good quality front laces ripped within a couple months of having the uniform and way to flowy so I felt weird in them. This uniform I bought from Figs feels thick but breathable, BUT to save time and the employees energies I will be buying from online all I wanted to do was try on my size so I don't run into online return problems. So that all being said know your sizes learn the color theory for your right uniform color choice it'll save the wait, ignorance, annoyance, and overcrowding. read more

Ordered and was unable to change the order or cancel because the website malfunctioned. They are penalizing me by refusing to correct it even though I showed screenshots showing it was their error and even though I contacted them right away. They DO NOT have customer service at all. I've been to this store twice now. The first time was great, second time? Not so much. I work in medical device sales, so I know how important it is to actually listen to your customer. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted: XS tops and M bottoms in specific colors. The associate brought me completely different colors, and the sizing was wrong. I even double-checked with him and clarified again, but he still came back with the wrong size and then just walked off to help someone else like our conversation was done. I was kind and patient the whole time, but after the second mix-up, I just folded everything and left it in the dressing room. He watched me leave and didn't say a word or try to make it right. It's frustrating because my first visit was so helpful and positive, but this experience left a bad taste. I've been multiple times as my daughter and I are both nurses. We initially went when I wanted to get her a jacket embroidered so she wouldn't lose it and we ended up buying scrubs, during the week is the best time to go. There's not many lines during the week. The staff was able to spend ample time helping us and making suggestions. I've had many of my Figs from the pandemic that still look brand new and they fit well. I do suggest going in to try them on as everyone has a different comfort level. I recommend Figs to my new grads unless the hospital provides scrubs, although I do use my Figs pants because they are comfortable and don't make my eczema flare up. read more

It's only worth it to go in store if you're recycling scrubs for the $50 coupon. They need to fix their system. The store is shockingly small. The customer service reps aren't eager to help you, and there was only one girl that was assisting customers, helping the fitting room, and checking people out. She was so busy you could tell she was frustrated. There were other staff that were literally just talking in the main room instead of going up to customers to offer assistance. on top of that you have to wait 45 mins to an hour to get a fitting room.
