If I could give zero stars I would. Never felt so discriminated in my life for being plus size. Went to the store attempting to try on a jumpsuit, I waited in line for 30 mins let the person at the door know I wanted to try on a jumpsuit. After finally walking in I was not greeted and I kindly said "hi I would like to try on a jumpsuit" the girl at the counter look at my body up and down and said "for the jumpsuit I only have a small" they could of said that since I was waiting. Do not come here unless you know your size or know what you want. I had to wait 1 hr to try them on. The guy that put me on the waiting list chose the wrong item I wanted. he only picked one when i specifically told him the 3 styles and sizes. when it was my turn to try them on one of the female employees was getting upset. I was letting her know the ones i wanted to try on and she was giving me an attitude stating that they only have certain colors. I ended up walking out upset . Only had a small selection of uniforms, I didn't see any other accessories like bags, etc. Good thing was you can see the uniforms/jackets in person & try them on. Although, the staff weren't that friendly or attentive. Knowing that this was a store catering to healthcare workers, I was surprised that they weren't as helpful. read more

If I had known there was a FIGS store before purchasing online, I definitely would've gone in to try on the scrubs first to determine the size that fits me well. Also, it was really nice to have a physical store to be able to try on different styles that I wouldn't have considered when purchasing online. What I love about my experience from this store was how easy it was to exchange the size from my online purchase. Probably the worst experience I've had in any store ever! Everyone their either hates life or just hates their job. Every single employee I encountered was so rude it was insane. You walk in, NO ONE is there to greet you or tell you how the store is running business (where you go the do your recycled items or that you need to be out on a wait list to try stuff on). I asked for help with recycles and the girl pointed at the iPad stand and walked away. Myself and another guest were confused because it wasn't signing it and she finally asked and the girl said "well it's not a figs account that's why it's not working" Whatever we got it done. I then proceeded to take a look at a pair of bottoms I wanted to try on and didn't know my size cause I never had that style. I was standing at the fitting room area where multiple employees walked by and said not one word to me. There was another person trying clothes on and said "hey no one is in that room if you wanna go in there" so I did and I came out and the one employee snapped at me, said I wasn't allowed to go in the fitting room and the wait to try on is 1.5 hours. Well maybe if there was someone at the front of the store checking people in all of this would be avoided. I signed up after the girl gave me the iPad and said "fill this out" rudely. I got my text to come back, tried on what I needed and asked for the colors I wanted in my size. The girl acted as if I was an inconvenience in her life to her to go to the back and grab my size. I waited in line and when I was next the cashier said not one word to me, stuck her hand out motioning it was my turn scanned my items and said your receipt is emailed. Figs, I am sorry but this is horrible. Especially after reading what multiple people have said about this place. Everyone was rude, no one was even on the sales floor to even try and be approached. This place but a very very bad taste in my mouth to the point where I will NEVER purchase from figs again if this is the type of people and type of service they allow. People go here and spend a ton of money and the employees and store and organization as a whole need to act like it. read more

My first experience in the figs store was quite disappointing. I am a newly licensed nurse and was super excited for new scrubs. I live over an hour away from this location, so I called to inquire about in store sizing. As I had ordered a set online but they run small. I was advised they carried from a size S all the way up to 6x in store. After arriving to the store, Adriana pointed me in the direction of the women's scrubs and when I asked her about the sizing I needed (I had to go up one size larger than my normal size for figs), she responded "no. small, medium, or large." When I let her know that I had driven over an hour to be there and called in prior to confirm, her response was "I'll ask." She confirmed larger sizing and added me to a waitlist for the fitting rooms. The wait was going to be a while, so when prompted with a text to come back I stood at the door which was blocked with a rope waiting for someone to allow me in. Adriana made eye contact with me as I tried to wave her down and completely ignored me. Adriana only shared unkind looks and lacked knowledge on their items. This really took my excitement for Figs downhill. Furthermore, they say they carry larger, more inclusive sizing in store, but do not expect a variety. Anything above a large comes only in black. Figs scrubs feel nice and look nice, but sizing is off. You'll have more luck finding better colors online. read more

Good fast and effective in getting your scrubs. It's the same as the online store but at least you can try the scrubs in person.

TLDR: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am a female working in medicine who went to the FIGS store on a weekday afternoon to buy new scrubs with a male friend who is not in medicine. The male employee (forgot his name) immediately went over to my friend and started asking him about what items, sizes, colors he was looking for and explaining the embroidery process -- didn't for a second acknowledge me or even look in my direction. I guess he couldn't imagine what a girl would be doing in the FIGS store ... My friend understood what was happening and played along while I browsed the racks waiting for someone to come up and offer to help me. I did this for at least 10 minutes without anyone coming up to me (context: is a tiny store -- there were 2 other employees just standing there at the desk less than 10ft away not doing anything and there was no one else in the store besides us). I was a loyal FIGS customer and in need of new scrubs but walked out pissed. For a company that claims to support women in medicine, you sure have some crappy employees. Do better, FIGS. read more

Horrible customer service. Employees are condescending, rude, not friendly, and consistently makes mistakes. The employees do not smile and pick and choose who they want to offer water to. When they are pulling and bagging up orders, they do not write down the order or punch them into a device to ensure accuracy. Instead, they try to memorize everything you say which results in so many mistakes. Then when you ask to see what is in the bag or to double check the order, they tell you they will go over the order with you on their device and will email the receipt. Now I have items in the wrong size and style that I need to exchange but I would rather call in to customer service and wait than drive the long distance there. read more

i came in to get my $50 credit for exchanging my scrubs. the staff don't acknowledge you and they have an attitude when you ask for help. they see you waiting around needing help, but will ignore you and pretend like you aren't waiting for them to finish speaking with another customer so you can ask a question. specifically the white girl with her hair in a bun. very disappointed and won't be back. read more

Literally the best experience ever! I came with my boyfriend to purchase some scrubs for his dad's birthday and Isabelle was an absolute dream. We came in a few minutes before closing (8:40pm) and she was the absolute sweetest and so helpful with our purchase. She not only helped us choose from a multitude of options, but she ended up looking up his email to see his purchase history and we were able to get his exact style of scrub tops that he likes. Truthfully such a great experience, definitely come here for help, both girls were amazing! read more
