So glad there's a Thirst near home! Inside is cute with the orange theme and they always have the music bumping. I will say though, even though the drive thru line is long, you might as well stay there or order via mobile app. I went in to order to avoid the line and the drive thru line got their orders first. They don't seem to put the people who ordered in the lobby first. Sometimes they don't acknowledge you until you stand at the register for a good few minutes. I waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a cup of pretzels. This isn't the first time it's happened either. A lady next to me said she was waiting for 20 minutes for a bag of beignets....she had to go ask about it and they finally handed it to her. Anyways, just a heads up. Aside from the wait times - this location ALWAYS has the crispiest drinks ever! Most of the time, the beignets are fresh as well as the pretzels cups. I do like every week they have an item of the week. I loved the Nutella fills beignets they had. I hope they bring it back! Oh! And our favorite day to go is Thursdays! I am so freaking excited that my favorite soda shop is close enough for me to go daily! The interior is so cute and colorful. The Saratoga sign is absolutely adorable and I love how much seating is available. The store is clean and well maintained. The snacks and treat options are so much larger than any other soda shop. I don't say this lightly, as a Disney fan that loves her beignets I can confidently say these taste better than Tiana's. I am a soda addict so if my drink is wrong I know it and this place never disappoints me. The staff was so friendly and helpful and for how busy it was being opening weekend they worked quickly and efficiently. It was 10/5 starts! read more

This location was incredible, fun employees, quick serve and over all I looked forward to coming. However in the last month or so, they go a new manager, rich or rick and its gone done hill. It takes forever to get anything from the drive through, drinks are either overly syrup or not enough. The employees seem unhappy and I honestly don't love this location any more. I am only 5 minutes away and find myself going to PG to avoid the long waits and inconsistent orders. read more

What a fun spot! We went to the grand opening of Thirst last night and had the best time. It was definitely busy (as expected for an opening night), but the staff handled it so well--everything ran smoothly, and the energy was great. Fun music was playing, and they passed out tons of free treats, which made the night even more exciting. I ordered the Kick Back Ricky and it was delicious--super refreshing! My husband got the Bluebell and loved it. We also tried the Parmesan pretzels and the cinnamon sugar pretzels--both were warm, soft, and flavorful. But the real standouts for me were the beignets (they reminded me so much of Disneyland's, which is saying a lot!) and the Scotcharoo--absolutely to die for. I'm already dreaming about having another one! They also gave out a QR code for a free treat during their first week, so we'll definitely be going back soon to grab another Scotcharoo. Even though they're brand new and had a huge crowd, our wait was short, and every employee we interacted with was friendly, efficient, and clearly well-trained. Thirst nailed their grand opening. We love thirst! Their snacks are the best in Utah but their popcorn machine never seems to be working which is sad because they are known for providing popcorn with every drink. Thirst is my favorite soda shop! I live not even a mile from this shop and I am thrilled! Been going to thirst for over a year and now there's one so close to me! I go at least twice a week! Drink & Food Recommendations: Their scotcharoos are really good. My favorite treat by far is the powdered sugar beignets. They put all other soda shops to shame with those! Their pretzel dogs are also so good, I doubted it at first but tried it and oh my gosh it's addicting! When I'm feeling a light fruity drink I go with the Fresh Prince or Bluebelle. If I want a Dr Pepper based I go with the McDreamy! Staff are always so friendly, patient, and helpful! read more

Thirst is a cut above the rest of the drink shops in Utah. They have creative specials every week , and they make all of their baked goods. I love creating my own drink because of all the combinations of ingredients. Their signature drinks are also really good and different from the other drink shops. I love their menu and their beignets are the best! They had a Dubai Chocolate Beignet today and it was delectable. The service is always top tier and everyone is always so nice. Honestly love the vibe and atmosphere of this drink place more than anywhere else! I go out of my way to go here. If you're new to Thirst you have to try their pretzels and beignets they are absolutely delicious! Also their pretzel hotdogs are so tasty!
