They never have horchata :( I've literally fallen in love with this beverage but Sodalicious cannot quench that void in my heart. The drinks, cookies, and service are great. But still sad that there's never horchata here (this ain't my first rodeo with them).

My favorite drink shop that I've been too since moving to Utah! Honestly better than Sonic! They have a variety of drinks that you can create. You have a drink with a base soda + fruit + syrup. You can choose from the drink menu if you don't want to get too creative. But feel free to create your own concoction. New water options: my favorite drink is the Holy Water (sparkling water+ raspberry purée + lime+ coconut syrup) On your birthday you get a free 24 oz drink of your choice. (1 base + 2 syrups)

Great service and delicious tasting drinks . Well worth the try and drive through experience.

We always love dirty soda and they are plentiful in UT, which is where they were basically invented. The service, quality and price were all solid but my ongoing gripe is that they need more sugar free options for those watching their sugar and calorie intake. I know it's possible because we had a one-off place in NV that did it very well. They don't have it because they choose not to and that's a bummer for those of us who don't want to take down a ton of sugar but still want variety and options

Sodalicious is the perfect place for a quick and easy dessert fix. I prefer Sodalicious over Swig because at Sodalicious, each soda is paired with simple flavor combinations. I don't want 5 different, overwhelming tastes mixed with my soda. Sodalicious usually keeps their drink combinations to up to 3 flavors, and that is about all of the sweetness that I can handle! I'm a Diet Coke fan, and I keep my order basic because I get just a Diet Coke "extra dirty" (half & half) and it consistently hits the spot. And for added deliciousness, making your drink "dirty" (coconut and lime) usually complements any soda pretty well. I've never been disappointed with the soda that I've gotten from there. My biggest pet peeve is when I go to McDonald's or some other quick place to get soda and the drink is either flat, or it does not have enough soda syrup. But when I know that I'm in some serious need of caffeine, Sodalicious is my go to! Yesterday, I tried one of their new cookie flavors - white chocolate macadamia nut cookie with coconut lime frosting. The cookie was cold, which is somewhat unique to Utah soda places. During a hot summer day it's refreshing! And for how thick the cookie is, they added the perfect amount of frosting on top. Their cookies are big and cheap, so it's always easy to share. My only complaint is that this specific location is too small. The drive-thru line gets kind of ridiculous sometimes and spills out into the street. But usually I tough it out and wait in line because of the fast service and my addiction to a 16 oz. Diet Coke w/ a cookie!

I honestly have no major loyalty to Sodalicious or Swig. I love a Diet Coke in any form from any place. Their sugar cookies are more dense, their icing more solid than Swig's-- but both are delicious! Their drinks are usually mixed well and they have a great menu. We've had to return drinks a couple of times because they've given us the wrong thing. The only big issues we've had are finding hairs in our drink (happened twice). Yes, this is a HUGE, disgusting issue. Yes, I brought it up with management and the way they handled it was refreshingly considerate. They apologized profusely and sent us a care package. Hairs will get places (who hasn't baked cookies before and found your own hair in them ?) it's life! But their customer service was exceptionally good. They've made me a customer for life. *Try the Snickerdoodle with the seasonal pumpkin icing. SO good!

I've never been to the Creamery before, but I will definitely come back!…read more I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was quite tasty. There are a few different stations with condiments and other sandwich toppings (including fry sauce), so it's a bit much to navigate, but it allows you to top your sandwich however you like. I also stole a few fries from my daughter, and they were delicious. After dinner, we got ice cream. I tried the chocolate Graham Canyon--two thumbs up! We also bought a few other things (cookies and cream milk, chocolate chip banana bread), and everything was yummy. The wait is very long for both food and ice cream, and somehow there aren't enough tables (even though there are a lot of them). It's quite crowded, too. But it's a fun and cheerful space, and it seems like a spectacular spot for students on campus to meet up and have fun.

The outdoor patio seating is great. Heating lamps for cold days and they have misters installed for the hot days. Nice lights for evenings and nights. Parking is still a big challenge. More parking, but it is very narrow between the rows. I didn't park my truck there because of it. But parking is accessible at the Music School across the street for a very easy walk. At this visit I had the raspberry cream cheese--it was really good! And of course, I had to buy two bottles of Cookies and Cream milk to take home. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I got one scoop that that was half melted and two other ones. I walked out the door down to the corner and then realized I left my small package of macarons on the counter when I paid. So about 90 seconds later, I returned and asked if I could get them. The one that helped me said that she threw them in the garbage I said OK can I have them still? She got this funny look on her face and ask if I really wanted them, I said yes. I do not know any business It would throw a customers package away just after they leave. It took her about a minute to bring them back out. I said thank you, but then I noticed there was only one left in the bag. I asked her where the other ones had gone to. She said she had no idea. I have no idea how a bag with the top that was folded over and crushed when I left it and folded it over when I got it back had two of the three items missing. Guess we'll have to find some other ice cream place when I come to Provo. My wife was disappointed to not get the macarons. At least they could've been honest..

What a lovely ice-cream shop! This place was a lifesaver after we had the absolute worst dinner…read morewe've had in years up the block at Sportelli's. At least we ended the night on a good note! If you get the ``jar'' size, you get a nice classy mason jar with a handle to take home. It was such a good portion, three of us were easily able to split it: 16oz of biskoff ice cream, nutella/sprinkle rim, and freshly baked brownie that they cut from their tray and placed up top. It wasn't crazy expensive either, maybe around $17 with tip, which for a dessert so massive and satisfying that a party of 3 can split it, it was really reasonably priced. The clerks were also really cool and helpful. After we finished eating, they even traded us our sticky empty jar for a clean one, so that we could take it home without getting the car all gross lol. Much appreciated! Definitely would go back any time in Provo.

The Coconut Pistachio didn't have much pistachio flavor--mostly coconut--but it was still refreshing. It's super helpful if you're indecisive or just curious about something new. I went around 5 on a Saturday, and thankfully it wasn't crowded, so I didn't feel rushed. The server was super friendly and helpful--patient with questions and generous with samples, which made the experience even better. Inside, they've got some games on the tables, which adds a fun, laid-back vibe. It's a great spot for date nights or casual hangouts. I'd definitely come back to try more flavors, especially if the BOGO deal is still going.
