Have you seen the soda shops all over tik tok with the creamer and flavors?! Well we have a place locally! This hidden gem "Utah" style soda shop really has my heart. Fiiz has a huge menu, I dare say millions of possible combinations, and a few well priced delicious snacks. I am not a HUGE soda person, but I am a big sparkling water person and Fiiz meets my sparkly cravings. I am extremely partial to the "Audrey" which has Sprite, Pear, Lavender & Strawberry Puree. I usually swap the Sprite for sparkling water and man it is soooo bomb. They have coke and pepsi products, so if you have a preference you won' be missing out. Fiiz also has a drive through which is awesome- but the inside is reminiscent of an old school soda shop- down to the red high top stools! All the teens that work here are super kind and hardworking. I had tried Fiiz in Bountiful, UT, one time before but hadn't tried their Rio Rancho location. This location is the only one in New Mexico. It is open 9am-9pm every day but Sunday. They have a drive-thru and dine-in space. I had the Berry Fuzzy Peach, which consisted of Sprite, blackberry, and peach purée. I added cream at the suggestion of the cashier. It was great! Sweet without being saccharine, and the purée wasn't too thick at all. The service was friendly and the location immaculately clean. The employees were young; likely in high school or just out of it. This would be a good place for parents with children, a date idea for those who don't drink caffeine, or if you just want a sweet drink on the go. We'll be back! read more

This place is pretty cool. It's a soda spot, and they have either a menu or the option to customize. I personally love the pricing here, as a 44oz is only around 5 dollars. Cheap and fun, I love Pepsi and peach the most, but I've had some of their menu items and like them as well. Staff is always nice too, and they have a loyalty program so that's really neat! read more

The drink and their Chonuts are really very excellent. A Chonut is churro and donut combined together. Service is phenomenal, the employees greet you once you come in. The atmosphere is pretty nice and subtle. read more

If you're really into the whole "Utah dirty soda" thing. This is your place. Probably too sweet for most people that don't consider themselves "really into soda". But for everyone else, this is the real deal. Prices aren't crazy either. Drive thru was quick. Girl that was working the drive thru was real nice tonight. They also have pup cups which my pup loved. The cream seemed really high quality. Not like you get from sonic pup cups. Way better than that. I'm really into soda and I don't think I'd order the 44oz. It's too much even for me. They also have an phone app with loyalty program and door dash. Lastly they can sub coconut cream for real cream for those that don't do the dairy thing. We went in there were three people ahead of us. There were 4 people with their drinks. There were three employees. Service was extremely slow. Slow to take the order, forever to make the drinks. The area for customers could use a cleaning of the tables. The area where we waited in line to order is against the counter where people sit, very uncomfortable and in other customers personal space. It took 15 minutes of waiting in line, and another 20 minutes to get your drink. I never ordered, my daughter did. They are more concerned about getting orders for the drive thru than inside the business. I won't return there. Unless you have an hour to spare don't bother. read more

I'm embarrassed to say that my family and I have hit this spot three days in a row I've tried the Queen, Beauty school drop out and Captain Jack Sparrow and ALL are so yummy. We are addicted. We have only utilized the drive through and the staff have been patient and kind, especially when three kiddos can't figure out what they want. It is apparent the staff is properly trained and organized. (Which is not always the case when a new business opens.) By the time we pull up to the window and pay, our drinks are ready. Came in and was the only customer and I awkwardly stood at the counter for what felt like ages before anyone behind the counter even acknowledged I was there. Some man on a latter was the only one to say hi to me and told some girl to help me and she ignored him and he told her again and she straight up said "I'm gonna have bladyblah do it because she's closer to him" and she just kept doing her own thing. The guy on the latter asked the girl at the window to help me and she just kept doing her own thing. Finally some guy came out of the back and didn't get to me until the guy on the latter pleaded with him to. I have been in customer service for 7 years spending 4 years as an operations manager for a 300 person call center and the last 2 years I have been an interviewer for an international company. I have fired and denied to hire employees who act the way these employees did yesterday. I hate Karen's and I don't walk into establishments expecting to be treated as royalty, but even if they gave me quick eye contact to let me know they know I'm there and given me assurance that someone would be right with me, that would have been the bare minimum and they couldn't even do that. Rating 4 stars because the butterbeer drink i ordered was amazing and the guy on the latter was hope enough that there is one decent person who works there(might have been owner/lead as he had that kind of energy) It's a shame I can't go back lest I relive one of the most awkward experiences of my life. read more
