I love FiIZ and will hit every one I can when I'm visiting utah. This location however needs to address some training issues. The kids working are nice but don't know how to mix the drinks correctly. The manager of this location should be more involved and I think it would be great. I went twice thinking the first time was a fluke. I had to go in after trying to order in the drive thru. The second time was just as disappointing and they couldn't mix a smoothie monster drink. Here's your heads up management. read more

I'm so disappointed with this location. I've been here dozens of times, and every time they've failed me. I think after last night, I will no longer support them. The service is always VERY slow, the employees are not very nice, and I was informed very rudely that they no longer accept the paper punch cards. I was ONE away and even though I had made a purchase then, they wouldn't honor it and she told me to just throw it away. It says they are open until 11pm on Saturdays, it says it online, on the door of the establishment AND the open sign was lit and bright. I am sitting at the ordering speaker for 8 minutes and saying hello, finally I call the store, the young lady has a attitude and answers "hello" in a rude tone, I said hey I've been sitting here trying to order for a while and she says yeah we're closed and hangs up on me. HORRIBLE! Just moved to Roy and to Utah for that matter...we tried Swig and thought we would give Fizz a try. Walked in (no one else in the store), no one greeted us, the workers were laughing and cussing and only helping drive thru service. We waited patiently for someone to tend two us. Two employees just standing there and talking. We asked if it was just drive thru service in case we weren't suppose to be in the store and she said no. And nothing. No customer service AT ALL! I just wanted to post an update regarding my review from Monday 1/31/18. While I'm still very disappointed in the way we were treated. That night one of the owners Steve reaches out to me to express his concern and to get details on what exactly happened. He personally called at 8pm on New Years Eve and I explained what happened and he listened and didn't just try to make excuses for what happened. He explained that they just took over ownership fairly recently and want to try to make the experience of going to this location a positive one for customers. I feel he truly appreciates the customers and understands that is customers coming back time and time again that keeps a business open. He said they will bring up my situation in some training in the future. I believe they will and I hope that management and staff will take whatever suggestions that he offers. You can't go wrong with formulated syrup soda drinks, but the service, or lack there of, is on point.

Over charged. I bought a fund raiser card in which I buy one get the more expensive one free, but I was charged for the more expensive one. I even asked several times if that was the correct total. According to the website order, it should have been $2.15. (16oz Fanta orange with strawberry flavor added) instead I was charged $3.57. My co-worker finally got me to try a "dirty soda." I will say I'm not much of a soda drinker and I loathe diet coke. Diet coke tastes like moth balls. From this statement you can tell I'm not a real Utahn even though I was born and raised here. I say this because the idea of a "dirty soda" naturally repeals me. Water is a perfectly fine drink and honestly should be your main source of liquid. Just sayin' Now lets get to Fiz. Am I giving Fiz a three star review because I don't love soda? Unequivocally no. I ordered their mamba something (honestly I can't remember the full name) sprite. It came with blackberry, cranberry, and lime. And it was delicious. I do care about the integrity of my enamel so I won't be visiting on a regular basis, but I would definitely pick up a tasty soda drink on a warm day. It had the perfect amount of sweetness in addition to being satisfying and refreshing. Fiz gets three stars because of the service. Typical teens. So well meaning, yet not quite on target. I asked our server about their ginger ale drinks because I love ginger ale (which I expressed). She then told me no one orders ginger ale and that they never serve this soda so its probably expired and tastes bad. I appreciate the honestly, but it certainly lacked in even a minimal level of professionalism. Our server also went on to tell me she never drinks their drinks so couldn't offer any guidance on drinks I might enjoy. Again, honest, but not exactly helpful. I waited for 10 minutes inside, got told someone would be right with me. People were standing around, only two other people in the place and nobody in drive through. Finally after not being helped I got up and left. Horrible customer service. I can understand the wait if it's busy, but it was 1:00 in the afternoon and completely dead. Drive the extra distance to go to another location!!!! This is by far the worst of the 6 locations I've been to. It is the most convenient location for me so I have tried for 4 years now almost to give them chance after chance. The wait time just gets worse and worse. If there is anyone in the drive thu ahead of you your almost guaranteed a long wait. Last night when I went there were 2 cars ahead of me and I was in line for 20 minutes trying to get one drink. Multiple cars bailed behind me. When I finally got my drink and pulled out I tasted it and it was the wrong drink. But given the options were to wait in the line again inside or out I just threw it out. I won't return to this location. I can't afford to waste my time to just throw away my money when they don't even make the right drink in the 5 minutes it took them. read more

I'm sad because I love fiiz normally but I have had multiple issues with this fiiz location. Long waits, forgetting drinks etc. This time, they overcharged me instead giving me a free drink I had earned. They said they were going to put a free drink on my number to redeem next time. I finally got around to trying Fiiz. It seems to be the cool place in Utah to get a sugary drink. I may be the last Utahn who has never tried a soda concoction here. I decided to go with the 32oz Razzbear. This drink has raspberry puree, cream, vanilla, and a soda of choice which I did regular coke. I thought it was pretty good. It is not a replacement for my morning coffee though. I didn't get a lot of drink, the cup was full of ice. There seems to be an art on how to get the right amount of ice and sadly many food joints fail. This particular soda preparer did not know the balance of ice to soda ratio. I was left wanting more soda and a lot less ice. Not sure if this is typical of fiiz but if I ever come here again I know to tell them to go easy on the ice. The employees at the drive thru were nice and helpful. I was expecting to pay around $5 for a drink so it was a nice surprise when the total was less. I may give them a try again in the future. read more

Terrible experience at this location. Have the girl my cards that were stamped and should have had a free drink. She punches a new card and says we don't do stamps anymore and charged me full price. I don't know her name because she was wearing 10+ name tags. We were in a hurry and 3 people walked in behind me but she she decided to take all there orders as well and continue to make them all at the same time. She literally was holding six drinks in her arms trying to squirt all the flavors in at once. In the end it was the nastiest drink I have got from here and there was no ice in it. Fiiz hires the worst employees ever. When i visited on a thursday afternoon it took 45 minutes just to order. Thats because the employees pay no attention to who came in first theres no set line they follow and they always help their friends before other customers. The girl who served me looked dingy and dirty. She promptly skipped past the line to four teen girls who came in last after everybody. Then helpped someone based on the "priority" of him getting back to work even though again he came in after me? I explained befire both that i was actually their frist and she ignored that and skipped me anyway. So ive been skipped twice and finally she lets me order note that ive been standing by their register the longest. I order and ahe goes "theres something gross and sticky on my arm"? Like some things you should keep to yourself especially because this is the person making our food. My daughter ordered a childrens drink one with a big lid that goes over the top. And she was to weak to snap it on and proceeded to ask a random teen costumer to snap it on for her. SHE LET SOME RANDOM PERSON SNAP MY 6 YEAR OLD'S LID ON. I wanted to demand a new drink who knows where that girls hands have been. The drink was supposed to be a snowman but she completley messed it up it had like four eyes and was completley smashed in. The worst part about fizz is their constand need to stop working and have a conversation with their friends at the end of the bar. The same girl who served us stopped twice to have a conversation while making 2 drinks. like stop talking and just make the drinks it should take like 1 minute! I was disappointed in the customer service I received here this evening. There were at least five girls standing behind the counter, and another sitting at the end of the counter. One was taking orders at the window and there was one other customer making an order with a second girl. They didn't acknowledge I was there...at all...let alone say, "Hey we will be with you in a moment." I sat down at the counter and waited a few minutes while three of them stood around watching the other two. I finally asked if I could just purchase a couple gift cards. One of them got the cards and charged my card and turned her back.....and there was nothing else. No, "Thanks for coming in." No, "Have a good evening." Not even a, "We are done here!" Just more ignoring! This was my first time in this establishment ....and I was a paying customer. I am not sure if this is how they treat everyone or if I was just super lucky.
