Best place for coffee! Prior to moving to Parker I was a Starbucks fan all the way but now, hands down, I prefer Fika to any coffee house. The coffee is delicious and there are so many combinations and flavors to try! The cinnamon rolls are really good too! Best place to get a variety of coffee beverages in downtown Parker - there's some seating outside on the curb, a relatively decent amount inside but nowhere near as many as they have at their other location (which, if you haven't been there, this is your sign to go! It's super cute) - the inside of this location is cozy and cute, too, but it is a bit tight. Plenty of beverages to choose from, good selection of milk alternatives, prices are as would be expected these days for specialty coffee and baristas are always friendly. Parking would need to be downtown so depending on the day you may need to spend a bit of time finding a spot but there's usually one nearby. On days when there is the Sunday farmers market the line at Fika tends to be out the door with no seating remaining inside, but the line moves quickly. Really, the only reason this spot is 4 stars instead of 5 is that the inside is a bit cramped but it does create a vibe of its own. Would recommend you try out this spot if you haven't yet! read more

I think this is the best place to get coffee near downtown Parker. They use beans roasted by Kaladi Brothers coffee, and you can taste the difference. The prices are a tad higher than similar coffee places, and they frequently run out of splenda, but the staff are friendly and the internal layout is funky and fun. Also, they sometimes have live music. Not a place to go if you want a "Green Tea Frapp", but they can do most standard coffee beverages. read more

They have a much larger menu of flavors than Starbucks and their coffee is 100% better! They roast their beans here, not burn them like Starbucks. Adorable coffee house owned by a local Parker resident! Both locations in downtown Parker and by Legend High-school are awesome. I love stopping by the downtown Parker location when I take my son to the O'Brien Playground or stopping by the farmers market during the summer. It has a little kids corner but we typically just head back to the park. A comfy spot for a meet up with a friend or to pull out the computer and get some work done. Awful experience! I was working a festival outside of the coffee shop. Because it was so hot, I decided to go and buy me an ice matcha latte. I ordered one and I requested the girl "No sugar, please". I don't know if she didn't hear me or what. Mistakes happens. I get my order and the iced matcha latte was so sweet!! Disgusting. I come over to the barista and asked "Did you add sugar to my latte?" She responded "It already comes pre made". I wanted to die!!! Matcha is done properly! From a matcha powder not processed pre made product that probably used refined sugars. I asked the girl "I want my money back". She goes by offering me an ice green tea so I can have it without sugar. I agreed and waited for my refund to pay for that 2nd option. Well ! Guess what? She wanted to give me the ice green tea free and no refund!!!!! Does she think customers are dumb!!!!!! I told her "Do you think I am going to end up paying $4.05 for a water with a tea bag? How dare of her to insult my intelligence! Rip off staff. For a $2.97 ice tea? She didn't even asked me "Would you be ok with a gift card? She just wanted to give it to me! Like hello! I live in Colorado Springs. I am never coming there! I would remember this coffee shop for a very long time and on my list to never go or recommend. Try to become a real coffee shop. If you are looking for a small charming local coffee house, then look no further. FIka is deceiving from the outside with just three to four tables. Once your inside it does open up to have plenty of seating if your a student looking to work on a project alone in a corner, four ladies wanting to catch-up, a gentleman just wanting to enjoy a coffee and read a paper, or you just want to get your coffee to go. The coffee bar offers the usual selection of coffee's and tea's along with a small selection of baked goods which are very tasty if you get there early enough to grab one. This is a great café! I have been coming to Fika for over a year. Yet still they seem to impress me every time. My go too is a iced Carmel macchiato. I get this because of the great balance between the espresso and the Carmel and milk. I also really enjoy there atmosphere. It's so cozy and great to get work done in. They also have more than one location and you can go to either and expect great service. They also have a great variety of local pastries. I recommend there cinnamon rolls they are the bomb. There are pastries if you're hungry, and the WiFi is pretty decent as well. First time in this cold morning. Love this eclectic place. Full of life and very welcoming. Reminds me of the good old days of many mom and pop shops. It's in the lovely downtown area of Parker tucked away next to an amazing flower shop. They serve lots of choices from lattes to coffees flavored with over 40 options. Even 16 sugar free options. Chai teas are great! All of their food options are locally sourced. It's a busy place with lots of locals and visitors enjoying refreshments and long conversations. Great place to unwind and get some work done. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Always smiling and offering advice on any choices. I would highly recommend this place. Places like this are dying and you are also supporting a mom and pop shop. I even made friends and bumped into some old ones. They do know what excellent customer service is and what most places have lost. Also it's affordable! $2.50 for a large ice coffee! If you are ever in downtown Parker, please stop on by.
