I don't want to get into details too much but the girl with glasses and wavy hair was especially rude.. but they were selective with who they were being rude to. There were times when we'd stand and wait in front of them to either ask for something (the lil photo strip holder) or purchase something and both times it took them awhile to acknowledge us because they would both be extremely friendly to other patrons. At one point we stood in front of the Asian female employee for a solid 5 min waiting to purchase the photo strip magnets because they were both too busy laughing & talking to another couple and wouldn't acknowledge us. We could not get a smile out of those girls and the vibe was just... so weird. Like I wish the owner would watch the cameras (you can see when I finally got upset too) to see the difference in treatment we received and I honestly have no idea why we received the attitude. I'm glad we didn't have any problems with the machines today because I would have absolutely hated to ask help from either of those girls. There are a couple of bad reviews on here talking about the bad customer service from "blank Gen Z stare" to "being condescending" and I wouldn't be surprised if those reviews were about the same employee.
