Drove by and looked it up real quick on yelp, saw that the food looked delicious so we went back. Food was delicious. Great customer service. Will go again to try a different dish.

The Filipino Fire truck is delicious and quick! The pork adobo melts in your mouth and the rice is flavorful. My boyfriend got the chicken adobo and loved it, very clean and filling! We'll be back most definitely.

Food truck with location and seating area- there's already a line!

Amazing new and unique food truck in Southern Oregon- Filipino comfort food at its best- tried the whole menu and can say I enjoyed everything! Thank you to Troy and family for bringing your traditional family recipes to us all :)

So happy to discover this new food truck. Filippino food is my favorite. The Lumpia is to die for, so good. Thank you FilippinoFire

This address is a dead end industrial area and no truck. Was really looking forward to some Filipino lumpia and pancit. Waste of gas.

You can tell there's real care behind the flavor development. The "For 2" dish is such a smart way to experience multiple components of the menu --beautifully composed and perfect for sharing. And the Beef Miami? Genuinely unforgettable. The depth of flavor, the richness, the balance, it's indulgent without being heavy, bold without overwhelming the palate. It's one of those dishes that makes you pause mid-bite. Service is quick and efficient with a walk-up, pay-first setup that keeps things casual and streamlined. The vibe is relaxed and low-key, usually not crowded, which makes for a really enjoyable dining experience. That said, I almost wish it had more buzz because the food absolutely deserves the recognition. Portions lean slightly smaller, so I'd recommend ordering an appetizer along with your entrée to get the full experience. With food this thoughtful and well-executed, it's worth exploring more of the menu anyway. Overall, a creative and refreshing presence in Ashland that feels chef-driven and inspired. Definitely a spot worth supporting and revisiting.

3.5 stars Coming…read morefrom the Bay Area and familiar with Filipino food out in Daly City, my standards are a bit high. I will say they use good ingredients and their dishes are not as greasy as traditional Filipino foods I've had. We got the Harana for two, which had chicken adobo, lumpia, atchara (pickled veggies), jasmine rice and an order of the sisig pork belly. I was a bit disappointed with the sisig because the pork was dry. It could be their style, but it could have been way better if the meat wasn't so dehydrated. The flavor and egg was good though. Chicken adobo was better, the mushrooms they used was very good and soaked the flavor well. One of the chicken pieces was slightly over done and a tad dry, but the other was fall off the bone. Lumpia was good, pretty standard. Their Atchara was quite tiny and wish they offered more as it went very well with their dishes.
