Feels & tastes like home cooking of the Philippines. "Filipino" cuisine is a (mix of Chinese/Malay & Spanish influence) The "chicken & pork adobo" are both deliciously tender & moist. The leftover sauce is yum on the rice. The "Pancit" (clear noodle dish) is a must; the balance of flavor & acidity is delicious. The Filipino food I usually find on the road usually falls far short of my mother-in law's. This came very close ! Great chicken adobo, pancit with chicken and fresh lemon to squeeze on, was the best I've had. Delicious little lumpia's included with combo plate . What a little treat! I found this place through Google search while I was visiting Medford and knew I must try it. The owners were very friendly with welcoming me. They were gracious and gave me extra lumpia when I explained how I arrived to eat there! They recommended the chicken and rice which also was served with noodles and lumpia. Everything was flavorful and pleasing to my taste. I'll definitely stop by there again when I visit Medford next month. read more
