Upon attending a wedding this last weekend, All Smoked Out was late 2 hours or more. Many had already left the venue. I also found out that the owner did not want to give at least half the money back to the newlyweds. We had All Smoked Out cater today for our plant for Thanksgiving 2024. Everyone loved the turkey, ham and the brisket. The smoked brisket was over the top as well as the smoked turkey and smoked ham. They were all moist and tasted sooo good. The green beans with bacon and onions, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese were all very, very good as well. I was worried about how the mashed potatoes would be as a lot of caterers serve them all dried out. Chris's mashed potatoes were creamy and tasted like they were homemade and not out of a box. I do love a Pulled Pork sandwich and the more basic, the better. This was perfect for me. A toasted bun with a choice sauce and beautiful, aromatic, perfectly cooked Pulled Pork. Coleslaw was an option that I passed on. I went with the "Sweet" bbq sauce but was cajoled into also trying the Pit Master's house-made sweet and spicy Mustard sauce that was incredible. So I had already made my lunch decision the other day when I stopped by the truck to chat with the guys. I explained how I'm from the Midwest and miss good bbq. He offered me a sample of their pulled pork, and let me just say... YOU DON'T EVEN NEED THE SAUCE GUYS! Even though I had already purchased my lunch(AND had made plans to go to a bbq place the next night for dinner) I ordered a pound of the pulled pork to take home for the night. I had several sandwiches for the next day. Delicious both days. I've been here before and gotten a brisket plate and added some ribs. Also delicious. Sample of brisket was yummy. Service was incredibly slow. Didn't stay because of the wait.

This was our first time trying All Smoked Out. My husband got the the platter with all 3 meats and jalapeño poppers. The platter has coleslaw and baked beans. I don't eat mayo, being allergic to eggs, but it looked fresh. The beans were flavorful, still had body. Onto the meats. All 3 were cooked, not only smoked and had a nice bark. The only point that I would make on the negative is that the meat was a tad dry. I did go over to get a roll to help make a bite of "sandwich" and it was an additional $1. All in all, a pleasant evening with SOB beer, entertainment and BBQ. read more

They catered our rehearsal dinner. They drove 40 miles to deliver delicious hot food! We had baked beans, shredded pork, and brisket. It was ALL very good. Full of flavor. Didn't taste anything like your typical cheap BBQ from a side cart or truck stop. These guys know how to handle their meat! Salads, rolls, and sauces were all provided and very good as well. No salad from a bag with these guys. Fresh dark produce with all the delicious mixing story provide depth. Huge cherry tomatoes that you couldn't stop snacking on! I highly recommend these guys. I know they've got a traveling truck for smaller gigs and near the mall, and that's pretty good. Although the brisket was really good and the guy who helped me was very nice and chatty, I was disappointed when I ordered my brisket salad and saw the lettuce was from a pre-mixed bag. Not the good green leafy lettuce but the one with iceberg lettuce, carrots and cabbage. I then asked if their dressing was homemade and he said it was from a bottle. Again, disappointed. With having such delicious meat, I would have liked to see fresher produce ingredients with the salad and a homemade dressing. I was also overcharged $13.00. As I was walking back to my car, I realized that was not right when I ordered items priced as $12.00, $9.00, and $5.00 which equals $26.00. I was charged $39.00. When I went back he realized he made a mistake and apologized. He then said the total was $28.00, still getting overcharged. Wow, this place is fantastic! They've got perfectly smoked and tender brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. For $12 you get a gut-busting pile of meat, with coleslaw, on a bun. You get your choice of sweet, spicy, or mixed BBQ sauce. For three dollars extra you get some delicious baked beans, extra coleslaw, or macaroni and cheese. When I see a giant smoker I am always inclined to want to try the food in case I have found a truly authentic southern BBQ.
