I'll start by saying I'm not from the area, and I have no idea what its like on a typical in-season weekend morning. My son goes to college nearby, and I was looking for a place we could play and get through our round as fast as possible, as we had afternoon plans. I checked their website for tee times, and EVERY time was available from 8-4, so I banked on us getting through our round pretty quickly which ended up being the case. It was cool, but not cold and calm and quiet, really nice. Like others have stated, cart paths need work, and some of the signs on the holes look like Halloween decorations. Some of the tee boxes are weird, some are muddy, some are not entirely flat, but the layout is pretty good and the greens were in great shape, especially for it being late October. The veiws with foliage are spectacular, and $32 for 18 with a cart on a weekend is what kicked it up to 4 stars for me. read more
