However, by that point I had lost confidence in the meal and declined. I ultimately ended up eating only the side salad. While the service recovery was appreciated, the food itself was a major disappointment. In the end, the only thing I ate was the side salad, which cost $8 on its own. While I appreciate the server's efforts to make things right, the food quality and execution were far below expectations. I left hungry, disappointed, and unlikely to return.

Willow Brook is by far the best course and club that we play. I speak for all of us as everyone seems to agree. The course itself is impeccable. The greens, the tees, the fairways, even in spite of torrential rain and drought all in one golf season. And, I can give the same praise to the people who provide our lunch. It's always right there and ready for us as soon as we finish our play. And it's superb. My only misgiving is it's pretty far away from where I live and I'd love to play it more often. I highly recommend this exceptional golfing experience. It's well worth the trip no matter where you are coming from. Oh, and the views are spectacular.

Finding your ball in the middle of the Fairway is a tasks. We watch them mowing the fairways with a regular tractor and blowing all of the clippings to the edge of the Fairway. If your ball rolled into that it was impossible to find. Greens were in fair condition. They were a little slow but they rolled fairly true. Very nice little clubhouse with a good selection of drinks and a very nice woman working there. She was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly.
