He is married and runs the business with his wife, Brandy, and he is fully aware that I am in a committed relationship. Despite that, he made suggestive remarks and then tried to pass them off as a joke when I confronted him. This type of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from a business owner. Clients should feel confident that their contact information will only be used for business purposes, not for unsolicited personal messages. ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE LANCE CULLERS for window tint!!! You will regret it. This man lied to us more times than we can count. We paid him in full ($3,250.00) and he ruined our home with poorly installed window tint. He said he messed up and would fix for free, Then he tried to charge us to fix his bad job. Half of the windows he did have bubbles or the tint is crooked and not even fully on glass or he trapped dust/hair between the window and the tint.we had another tint contractor come look and he confirmed it was installed badly. After he never showed up for 5 different appointments to fix we had to get an attorney. This horrible man uses unlawful and unethical business tactics to get your money. Even worse was him and his wife took smoke breaks every 35- 50 mins and it took us over a week to air out our home, they even left their lunch wrappers and cups on our counter and went home for the day. We also just found out he lied about the brand/type of window tint he put on the back of our home (7panes, and the sliding back door). I was desperate to get my two front windows tinted as soon as possible. I was searching for ceramic film because it lasts longer than standard carbon. I went there during my lunch break and Lance finished the work in time for me to go back to work and not be late. The next day, all bubbles, hazy pockets smoothed out as per the aftercare instructions. I registered for the warranty and happy with the work. I didn't realize I have a small area of previous sticker residue that I didn't remove so it got covered. My fault for not checking all my windows first. I just had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company--possibly the most offensive I've encountered. As others have stated, I hired Filmpro to do some tint work in my business for privacy. I ended up feeling quite disappointed with the outcome. In my opinion, the quality of the work was much lower than what I expected for the price I was charged. For example, I noticed uneven lines on a window and it seems like cheaper material that hasn't held up. I also felt taken advantage of during the process. I had just put in fake turf in my backyard and noticed the sun causing intense glare from windows causing my turf to burn. Before more damage happened I placed blankets on my fake grass and went on yelp. I found Lance because on his description it had said window film. I know we didn't want any type of dark window screens on our window. I called him and he was very informative about which product I really need and how expensive it will be. I hired Lance and Brandy to apply film to my home windows in an attempt to cut down on the amount of sunlight and heat that was coming into my home especially during the summer months. I live in Arizona in one of the hottest cities in the state, Bullhead City. The summer months temperatures can exceed 115 to 120 degrees daily during July and August. My home is 24 years old and I have double pane windows. After some unfortunate delays over a period of six months Lance and Brandy finally completed the window tinting on my home. Lance and Brandy had to travel ninety miles from Las Vegas to Bullhead City during the hottest month of the year, August. Unfortunately, the same morning they arrived at my home my air conditioner stopped working and the temperature inside my home was quickly rising. Needless to say, Lance and Brandy were not very pleased with working in a home without air conditioning. However, they agreed to stay and complete the job. The working conditions were brutal as the temperature inside my home reached over 100 degrees and I only had a small portable air conditioner and fans to try to keep my home as cool as possible. Lance and Brandy worked as a team like a well oiled machine and the speed at which they worked was very impressive yet taking the time to carefully complete each window with precision and professionalism. Lance and Brandy are very professional, polite, and pleasant to communicate with. Lance and Brandy answered all of my questions and concerns while they worked. They continued to stay focused on the task at hand and did not falter in any way as they moved from room to room and window to window. Lance estimated that the job to film all of the widows throughout my entire home would take two days however, Lance and Brandy completed the job in one day which I was very happy about since I had no air conditioning and the window film was already beginning to reduce the amount of sunlight and heat coming into my home. The window tinting in my home was completed three weeks ago. The tinting seems to be working as I have notices that much of the sunlight and heat coming into my home has been greatly reduced and my home seems cooler. Since I still don't have an air conditioning as of this writing I don't know how the inside temperature and my electric bill will be affected in the future. Lance assured me that the window film will make a huge difference with the temperature and I should see a difference with my electric bill as well. I do know that the only thing that is keeping the extreme heat out of my home at the moment is the window film that was applied to my windows. So far, all of the windows are clear and clean without any bubbles or other abnormalities which would need to be fixed or redone including the ice block windows. Lance and Brandy fulfilled their promise and obligation to complete the job that we agreed upon. They worked diligently and professionally in extremely harsh conditions with no complaints. They finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned my home of any trash and debris from the job and even helped me move some furniture back into place before they left. I am very happy to have decided to have had my windows tinted and am happy that I hired Lance and Brandy (FilmProLV) to do the job. I agreed to pay half by check, he wanted it made payable to him personally. Lance was two days late to do the install because he said he did not have the film yet! When he finally did the install he wasn't able to finish because he didn't have enough film. Lance came back to finish up a second time and forgot about two windows that we had on the original estimate. Third time is a charm; he finally finished the house. There's a lot of cloudiness and bubbles throughout the tint ( after six weeks it is still there); along with uneven cuts and gaps between the window frame and the tint. I asked Lance about warranty work and he referred me to the tint manufacturer. I was told there would be a lifetime warranty on labor but he ignored that.
