Came in looking for things that I thought I could only find online upgrade parts for Arrma Mojave Grom and Granite Grom. Was looking for different covers and axle rods. They had what I was looking for! Also, saw a ton of aftermarket parts for ALL scales of Rock Crawlers, and the cars to g with them... I stared at one of them too long, and the sales-tech shoved the crawler in my hand and ushered me over to the rock crawl stage, in the middle of the store... I had a blast! Prior to my experience with this rock crawler, I had my research set on a different type... the hands-on experience helped me make a great choice. I picked one up a week later, for my grandkids. (Today) I saw and perused a LOT... yes, transmitters, receivers, planes, trains, automobiles...dolls, bears, think toys, frisbees, electronic and steam hobby... and even more Toy Hobby, not just crafts... Toy Hobby. I haven't seen such variety of beginner/intermediate/advanced electronic and toy hobby in one place. This. Place. Has. It. ALL. Also, they were way beyond capacity causing a safety hazard as people were literally back to back. Having come with my family, I was very disturbed at the audible conversations regarding sex, graphic sexual materials, and even more salacious subject matter that I do not wish to list here. Secondly, when I joined the public Discord forum, I noticed that there was a great deal of bullying. I became very worried about allowing my family to participate in events here as it seemed a culture of mean-spirited cruelty that continued on the internet. I believe the owner's laissez-faire attitude is much to blame as he seems inexperienced and unmotivated at running what could very well be an otherwise thriving business with just minor rules and regulations, which are clearly lacking. As the place is not advertised as an adult establishment, but is run like one, I do believe you are best served at trying another game store if you value your comfort, well-being, and overall safety during the pandemic.

It's located behind the Target Shopping Center off of Zinfandel. So conveniently located off the freeway which is so good for people on the go. They are located in a strip mall, with lots of parking. It's a private lot for the entire strip mall. We got a space right up front which was nice. I was wearing heels and I didn't want to walk farther than I needed to. Soon as we walked in we were greeted by a sales associate. We asked where the yarn and needles were and she gave us the isle numbers and pointed us in the right direction. We quickly found the yarn section and there were so many variety. We picked some brown variegated, a small skein. It was the cheapest variety that they sold. We were tying a quilt so didn't need any of the fancy stuff and boy did they sell fancy. All different materials and weights and sizes of skeins. Next we looked for needles and they were exactly at the isle the sales associate told us it would be. We first saw only one variety, the ones for generic sewing. Then we kept looking and found the curved ones for quilting and the straight ones with the big eyes for quilting. We bought a pack of both just to make sure we had the right ones. I didn't want to get one and wish I had gotten the other and then have to trek back. We don't have a Michael's where I live so it would have been a trek. We ended up using the curved ones. I've never used them before and they were magical. So much easier then the straight ones. They did the work for you. Check out was smooth. We were second in line and the guy in front of us was quick. The price was pricy and we didn't use a coupon. I didn't think till now to google their 40% off one item coupon that they always have. Oh well we got what we needed and the project was a success.

They had informed me that they scrapped that list and went to first come first serve, which no other TCG shop goes by. They all abide by the approved list of people who successfully signed up. I am never going to this place ever again, they didn't notify me until it was too late and wasted my time. I have not had a bad experience in Sacramento with a TCG shop, but this is the icing on the cake for me. I am truly disappointed and hope they do better.

As usual, I was just curious about their WarHammer collection and it was a decent amount. I liked their table set up for Warhammer ready with tape measures and landscape. They had Pokemon and MTG commander packs and boosters available as well, my only complaint is that there was no price tag on their boxes and when we asked them how much the commander box was, they were looking up prices on their phone for a few minutes before we got a response. It made me think that they were going above msrp and just seemed shady. Just make sure as a customer you have an idea of what you're willing to pay for product. I'm all for supporting standing stores versus online, but not on this visit.

Talk about disappointment when bringing my 10 year old son to a sports card shop for the first time…read moreever. The manager/maybe owner was not welcoming at all when my son and I asked him to check out some of our card collection. We have spent the past 10 months collecting and spending thousands of dollars and he simply said we have two okay cards maybe worth grading but PSA isn't accepting any more for a while so out of luck. I asked him if he buys cards and sarcastically said yes and I asked what type of cards he buys and again sarcastically said "good ones". You would think card shops would like to make a kid coming in feel good about sports cards and collecting but my son left crying. How about trying to enlighten us a little more about card collecting add some encouragement. I will never step foot in there again and highly discourage anyone else from doing the same. Just buy your cards online where at least you don't have a negative Nancy to deal with.
