Odicar and Thomas are easy to deal with, warm people. Their shuttle service was a nice touch - they drove me all the way into downtown so I could get a sandwich and hang out somewhere other than Tully's. I've owned a lot of cars in my life and every single one of them had very dark, illegal tint. I can honestly say that this tint job is the best I've ever experience, and by a wide margin. The tint looks like a factory job, and it was perfectly cut - right up to the edges of the glass. Flawless. In addition, they'd never done my type of car (Tesla Model S), which made the job even more unbelievably awesome. I just picked up my car from Final Finish and had to write a review because, after sending a picture of my newly cleaned car interior to my husband, he wrote "Oh my god. I can hardly believe it." My car was bad. I mostly blamed it on my hairy dog, but I must also blame myself--I have definitely spilled kombucha + SCOBY in my front passenger seat. And who knows what was under my seats. I'm honestly embarrassed to think about it. But Odicar returned an almost unrecognizable car to me. It was spotless (he even did a few touch-ups while I waited for him to pull my car up to the front) and free of that dog-drool heaviness in the air that I was getting used to. My tires are even clean! More importantly, Odicar has a very high standard of customer service. He was very nice and upfront about everything. He was the first and only person I called for a car detail quote because after I talked to him, I didn't want to take my car anywhere else. I only work a few blocks from his office, but he still offered me a shuttle ride to work when I dropped my car off with him. I decided to stop by Final Finish because Odicar has received such rave reviews on Yelp. My car recently had a very bad run-in with a grocery cart - bad enough to cause several small dents and scratches across both the front and back passenger doors. Plus, I was forced to park outside for a couple years when we had to turn our garage into temporary storage, so the exterior was a mess, as well. (Lots of moss and dirt in every nook and cranny and generally dirty from top to bottom.) I got bids from some body shops in West Seattle, and every one wanted to charge me more than $1,000 just for the scratch and ding repairs. But not Odicar. He told me he could use his detailing magic to make the damage look 90% better for A LOT less money and detail the entire exterior, as well. Sure enough, left the car overnight and the next day I was shocked to see a car that looked like it just came off the showroom floor. And I could not see any damage to the side of my car. Even when I looked extremely close, all I could see was a faint outline of one tiny scratch. All the dents were gone. As others have said, this guy and his crew are miracle workers. We had just returned from a long road trip with kids and lots of food and dirt one the inside and salt on the outside of the car. Blown away, that's how I would describe my experience with Odicar and Final Finish. First, they are very experienced and don't talk down to you regarding what they will do to your vehicle. The attention to detail and the customer service was insane. From the moment I requested a quote through Yelp to when I picked up my car, the customer service was impressive. My car had a few things that needed extra attention on, and Odicar & his team went above and beyond. One example would be a scratch on the glove box (some kind of paint transfer) that I did not mention but they took care of! Excellent. When I came to pick up my car, I expected something similar to my previous experiences with auto detailing. Meaning, pay us, here are your keys, see ya. Not with Odicar! He personally came to my car, showed me around it, gave it one final look, one final approval. That is something I've not experienced before, wow! Can't recommend Final Finish enough. Are all of these other 5 star reviews fake? I'm pretty convinced they are after my experience with this shop. As of June 2018 you can see their ratings dropping significantly. Everything before that was bought and paid for reviews. I will never be back to this shop and I would suggest others to find a different business to give your money to. I recently had them perform their Signature Auto Detail service. This process includes washing car, wheels, clay bar, polish and wax. After inspection of the vehicle the work they did was some of the most disappointing work I have ever seen. This shop should be ashamed of the quality of product they sell. When I followed up with Odi on the phone he was very defensive and short with me, to the point of hanging up on me. I told him that I didn't think the agree'ed upon work was actually performed. There was still contamination on the paint that a clay bar should have removed, there was dirt/grease on the wheels and the sealant they put on left a oily uneven sheen on the car. He told me he did everything possible to fix those issues, this was a complete lie. I went out and used my own claybar on the car and removed the contamination in a few seconds. He also said he didn't know what was on the wheels but nothing would get it off, again this was a lie, I used some Gyeon Tar remove and in 2min the wheels are clean as ever. He even made me come down to his shop and prove to him that I could get these things off. I shouldn't have had to prove to him it was possible to clean these things. We took the car back to be detailed a second time because Odi said he would fix the problems. He didn't do a single thing! Upon inspecting the car a second time I pointed out just normal dirt/grease on the wheels that was still there and he said he tried already to remove it and that is what is left after he cleaned it. I told him to show me in person and he got down and cleaned it off with de-greaser and a rag and guess what, it was clean. He never even tried and just kept lying to me. I took the car home and did a detail myself that night and cleaned all the things he swore wouldn't come out. Not only is Odi disrespectful to his customers but they are incompetent in their work. read more

Took in my wife's SUV for an exterior detail and it came out with a crystal finish. Her SUV was starting to show swirl marks from the Costco carwash but it looks brand new now. They also tinted the front windows and matched the tint on the back windows perfectly. And they cleaned up the leather on the front seats as an added bonus. I must say to start that I am very particular about my cars..... I won't even let the dealer wash them. I had read reviews about Final Finish and was hoping that they were nearly as good as all of the reviews......and I have to say, my expectations were exceeded by a lot! The work was every bit as good as all the positive reviews suggested. I showed up at my appointed time and Odie and I walked around the car. I was pleased that there was no attempt at up selling - Odie did exactly what we had discussed previously by phone. Odie called late morning with a status report and provided an estimated time of completion. He finished right on time. When done, the car looked great - other than rock chips and parking lot scratches and dings, the car looks brand new. It is clear from my interactions that Odie and his team take great pride in their work .... and it shows! Any window tint shop could tint your windows, but not all have superb customer service like Final Finished.
