Note I used this service back in Summer 2015. Odicar did a good job detailing my new to me G37 especially since it is black the most annoying of colors to clean up 100%. I believe he did a double hand-wash, compounding, polish then wax and seal. The car basically had a mirror finish by the end of the day. The price was also fair. I only take off a star because it took him longer to get to my car then he quoted when I dropped it off and that left me stranded in industrial district for awhile while I waited for him to finish up. He offered me some compensation, but I believe the amount was part of standard discount anyways and he just phrased it so that it seemed like he was giving it to me for being late. read more

Odicar is a magician! I bought a new-to-me car back in January and it had some parking "mishaps" with its previous owner and then, last month, it got scratched by an automatic car wash (never, ever again!). My car had an accumulation of 5+ years of spilled food, drinks, pet hair (from many trips to the vet over the years), pet vomit, and a too excited dog peeing on the passenger front seat! And the spilled drinks down the side of the mid-section cup holder in between the 2 front seats was impossible to clean since my hand couldn't even get in between those tight spaces to clean. Don't ask me how they did it, but they cleaned EVERYTHING on the inside of my car. Even where the cat had vomited on the way to the vet! When I picked up my car later that day, I was like WOW! Not only did they clean the entire interior of my car, the stains on the car seats and the mess down the sides of the cup holder and the seats were all gone. I couldn't believe it! I thought if they could just clean the gunk, I'd at least be happy with that, but all the stains on my car seats are gone..... GONE! My car looks as good as new and I'm so happy! After 5+ years of driving around with the inside looking just nasty (was even embarrassed if I had to have any passengers in the car. I would put a towel or some newspaper down before they sat on the seat, I'm not kidding, that's how bad it was). I am loving driving in my car now and not ashamed anymore to have passengers. Got my son's windows tinted on his new car last month. I stressed to the owner-that I DO NOT want the windows too dark my son is 6'1, 235 & black...so I was VERY clear people need to be able to see into his car. And with the cloudy Seattle weather I know it can be tricky. The owner explained to me 25% is legal & he asked me what color my son's interior is-I told him black. Then I was shown a red Honda in the garage & he asked me if I liked the tint-I said yes it good. We acknowledged the car had medium Grey interior & I could still very easily see in the car even while it's parked in a garage. So whatever tint that was on the Honda is what I wanted. We finalized the deal and came back later that day to pick up the car & the windows were BLACKED out. I gave it a couple days for the tint to settle in...everyone in my family commented that the windows are too dark & are concerned. This didn't sit well with me. So I brought the car back to show the owner. I explained my issue & that in the past I was shown visuals of tint. Looking confused he said "didn't I take you into the office to show you samples?" I was like...uhhhh no. He then offers to not charge me for the removal, but charge me for new tint! I explained to him- I told you & showed you what I wanted & however that translates from one car to the next is not my area of expertise it's his & He didn't do his part by showing me the tint examples. He didn't even look at my sons car to see what that level tint would be like on a car with black interior. Why should I have to pay for his mistake. Here's the short: easy to make an appointment, excellent service and quality job well done on a full car detail. Biz is in SODO and super convenient, with my car done by 4:00pm with a 8:30ish drop off. And there is a shop dog!!! Cute little French bulldog. In all of my years having cars detailed--by car dealerships/service, etc.,--I have never the high quality and THOROUGH service that Final Finish did on my vehicle. Like, ridiculously clean! They cleaned the back of my rims, so they were clean-clean, not just what you can see clean. I also had some bad scrapes on my bumper. The owner (Odicar) was honest and didn't oversell his ability to fix/rub out the scrapes. He asked me if I would be happy with a 70% improvement on the appearance of the bumper. When I picked up my vehicle he asked me if I was okay with the scrapes. My only response was "what scrapes?!" --it looked 100% better and like I never damaged the paint. I think their prices are more than reasonable. The owner also offered to coordinate with me on my next service appointment to drive me to my office, so I don't have to Uber. I did the exterior detailing to get rid of some crusty back spray. He didn't charge me for interior detailing since it was in pretty good shape, but he gave it a wipe and vacuum. Once after having it for several years with very small kids and a ridiculous number of hidden raisens, once after a road trip where the car had dust EVERYWHERE, and the last time for a more general cleanup. I brought my 2008 Honda Fit in for an interior detail using a Living Social voucher. It's a great location. You will bypass all the horrible, horrible downtown traffic, easy in and easy out. There was a little mix-up on timing. The owner said if I dropped my car off at 7:30 am it would be done by 11:30 am or noon. The woman who checked me in when I arrived said it would be easier if she had until 3 pm, which was fine by me since I had nothing scheduled for the day. I was just thinking of calling to see what was up at 3:45 when the owner called. Turned out, he'd had the car finished up since 11:30am; I missed the call because I was napping and hadn't expected a call before 3 pm. The owner had planned on closing at 4:30 pm so I rushed out the door in a hurray and jumped on a bus in a hurry to get down to Final Finish to pick up my car and pay the tax I owed on the transaction. When I rushed through the door, I discovered I'd lost my wallet. I couldn't reach Metro's lost and found line and I was distraught and then teary-eyed. The owner just handed me my key and said "That's rough. I've been there." He was completely chill about me settling my bill later. He even let me leave my car there while I walked back to Third & Lander searching for my wallet on the street. All of this is a long back story but the point was that the owner of FInal Finish had every reason to be crabby with me and to make a bad experience (that was no fault of his) into a worse experience. It looked like I was going to keep him late and I didn't pay the balance of my bill and he had every right to keep my car over the weekend until I came back with payment. But he was kind and helpful. The interior detail work was EXCELLENT. I'd been commuting to nursing school from West Seattle, eating meals and sloshing coffee on the long commute. Taco sauce was all over the front of the car and dried coffee was in the cup holders and on the mats. Not to mention ground in dirt on the floors from many, many trips back and forth from car to class through muddy lots and paths. I was amazed at how wonderful my car looked. And yes, someone found my wallet on the bus and turned it in to the driver. I think I was Odicar's customer with the most difficult job, ever. That is a 1987 VW vanagon which was coming back from Black Rock City, NE (Burning Man). Odicar and Thomas are easy to deal with, warm people. Their shuttle service was a nice touch - they drove me all the way into downtown so I could get a sandwich and hang out somewhere other than Tully's. I've owned a lot of cars in my life and every single one of them had very dark, illegal tint. I can honestly say that this tint job is the best I've ever experience, and by a wide margin. The tint looks like a factory job, and it was perfectly cut - right up to the edges of the glass. Flawless. In addition, they'd never done my type of car (Tesla Model S), which made the job even more unbelievably awesome.
