All the woman answering could say is well if you return, you will pay $85 a month for your service. I was stunned. I explained their prices have just gotten too high and we are seniors on a fixed income and that was her response. Rude. Very rude. We were feeling sad at having to cancel but her response made me feel unappreciated as a customer. Our bill was always paid in full so this rude response was not necessary. Plus, we discovered that the couple down the road who are much younger are paying much less than we were for the same service. We feel very disappointed. We signed on with another company who uses the exact same products for the same service at a amount more in line with our senior incomes. We will miss Cleto.
