He replaced a section of the pipes that had the leaks. At the same time I asked about installing a new kitchen faucet for us and was told that someone would be back the next day. In the meantime I also discovered that we had no hot water. The next morning another member of the company was at our house bright and early to install the faucet and also to check on the hot water heater. The issue was not the tank only the thermostat which was replaced immediately and both of our issues were fixed in a very timely and efficient manner. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I was not pleased with the plumbers and my husband heard a commercial on the radio about AAA plumbing. We called, made an appointment and Jeremey was sent out. Jeremey came in and immediately put a camera under our bowl and identified the problem in less than 5 minutes. He said our pipes were cracked because the foundation had settled. When you do get through by calling their personnel directly, they tell you they will have someone call you back, and never return your call. Turns out there's a reason for that. I just found out that they appear to have exited the residential business. I can appreciate a pivot in business focus where it makes sense, although it would have been great if they had let me know in the middle of winter so I could find another provider. Delayed refunds for services, not returning calls, etc., can destroy a brand and negatively impact the business going forward. At a minimum, it would be great if you could communicate the change in focus and connect us with other residential providers. I would not recommend this company.
