I explained that when I scheduled the appointment, I was clearly told the estimate would be free of charge. His response was that it was only free for him to show up--not to do anything beyond that. Frankly, this explanation was both unreasonable and misleading. This experience was a complete waste of my time and left me extremely dissatisfied with your service. I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a company that offers home repair services.
