I have been going to this studio for the past year, and I consider it my "home" studio. Even before…read morethe corona virus, they were always super clean and organized. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from, and I have never taken a bad class here! I've done hatha, yin, "vin-yin", gentle flow, etc and all have been fantastic. They use the mind body app, so you are able to check in online before you get there which is way more convenient than standing at the desk and waiting to sign in (they did this before corona virus as well). Post corona-virus they have added HVAC purification system and have markings on the floor to ensure how to properly social distance. I like that this studio is small and has a "home-like" atmosphere. It's not like other studios that feel like a gym. I love this studio!

I had the honor to sit in Emmy Slaibe's "I am Zen" morning yoga class and experience yoga like I had never before. Emmy's beautiful affirmations, her calming voice, the intent of the class (throat chakra), and the healing sounds emanating from the Tibetan sound bowl were my favorite parts of her class. I highly recommend this class and also all the other services offered. This is more than just a yoga class, it's therapy. The world could use more places like ZMS.

I was expelled from this school because I made a post recommending a book on my own personal FB…read morepage that gave better yoga Nidra teachings than this school does. I was repeatedly met with animosity and snide emails from both Bill and Brian his husband on several occasions before that just for requesting a certificate after finishing a course and the booklet for the class. I was told "I am too busy" what a great school that says that to a student. This "school" is very interested in taking your money but not so interested in any personal growth on your part. The teachings are incomplete and incompatible with deeper teachings on the subject. Much of the "coursework" is you tube videos and articles written and created by others which you can find on your own by doing a search. There is no real teaching. He does not show you anything. There is no mastery that you will obtain by reading his booklets. I feel cheated and ripped off as this school felt it was ok to keep my money and not honor their word of letting me have access to the other courses, I paid for despite advertising that you get lifetime access to the courses you pay for. This school is anything but meditative or mindful. Please do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere that cares about you as a student not just their pocketbook and egotistic approach at pretending to be healers or teachers.
