Unfortunately 6 months later it's still not complete and I am trying to finalize payment plans on my own. I tried to contact Gene multiple times with either no response or no follow through, so I ultimately ended my business with them. He did apologize and offered to finish the job after I ended our business, but it's been dragging on and weighing on me for over 6 months and a new tax season is coming up again in only 2 months and it's just not worth the headache anymore. I would not recommend hiring Agape Wealth Management unless you have easy simple taxes that don't need any communication or follow up from them.

Also, they invested my money in a security and I recnetly tried to take the money out, they told me I had to contact the company they invested the money in directly to get my money out. After going round and round with the company they said my broker needs to do the transaction, I contacted EA Buck and they have not replied back to my request for assistance in getting my money out. Also, I invested this money with them back in 2011 and when I went to try and get my money out it had only earned approximately 10% over the past 15 years. Terrible company and terrible service.

So I took my frail 81year old mother who walks with a walker and has shortness of breath, down to the Ameriprise office at 1585 Kapiolani Blvd and spent two hours filling out the required forms and providing them with bank account info so the money could be directly deposited. After a two week wait, we find out that "something happened" and "we don't know why" but the money was reversed and taken back by Ameriprise. No explanation given, no phone calls. No emails. So where is the money??? No one seems to know or have answer. Not surprisingly, Ameriprise is keen to take your money but not so much to give it back. This is the last company id ever trust with my money and would never do buisness with such a bunch of dishonest investment brokers.
