To put it plainly, he is as good as the reviews say. Gabriel is such a thoughtful, wise, curious, and genuinely kind person and skilled therapist that it's hard not to feel heard. He gave me things that I kept thinking about in my day to day between sessions and challenged me to grow as a person and communicator. BCBS told me there were multiple claims submitted for the same dates of service under different providers, even though I only had one visit on each date and had already paid my copays. Instead of taking accountability and fixing it, the office was dismissive and kept trying to make it my problem. Nadia, who identified herself as the manager, was especially dismissive. She did not want to listen to what I was saying and just kept telling me I was responsible for the remaining balance, even while I was trying to explain that the balance appeared to be incorrectly billed. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and this office was supposed to be in network. Otherwise, there is no reason I would have driven an hour to go there in the first place. The billing process felt sloppy, the communication was terrible, and the staff seemed much more interested in collecting money than resolving an obvious dispute. My first visit should have been a warning sign. They made me drive all the way from Hollywood to Glendora for an in-person initial evaluation, then kept me waiting about an hour for the nurse practitioner. Overall: rude staff, poor communication, billing problems, and no accountability. I would never go back.

At check-in, I was not informed that the doctor was running behind or that there were multiple patients ahead of us. After waiting 30 minutes, I checked in again and was told by a different front office staff member that the doctor was behind schedule. When I asked for a realistic estimate of the wait time, I was told they didn't know, but that there were still two patients ahead of us. We ultimately waited over 90 minutes and were never called in. A 90-minute wait is extremely unprofessional--especially for a teenage patient who missed school to attend this appointment. Had I been informed upfront about the delay, I could have made a different decision. I requested a refund of my copay and will not be returning. This experience was deeply disappointing and poorly communicated. Do better.

One of the many gifts Hani game me was teaching me about boundaries. I had no idea I was allowing many people to cross my boundaries. Not only was I allowing others to cross my boundaries but I was also crossing other peoples boundaries. One day God made it very clear to me. He said I give trials to people, but you come in and save them from the trial not allow them to grow. God said you created all that is happening around you. You want are acting like God, and there is only ONE GOD. After hearing those words I stepped aside and stopped "helping" the one closest to me. Enabling bad behavior, bailing people out of trouble, helping financially and not requiring others to respect me as I deserved. I stepped aside, worked on me and I seen how God worked in the ones i loved via trials. Breaking them down, but restoring them once they grew better from the trial, I thought I helping people, but I was actually hurting others around me, bc I was not allowing certain people to grow up, to become the person they were meant to be. Time & time again. I thought bc I was Christian I had to continue to allow people to do, say & act anyway they wanted.That i was second.. my needs didn't count, everyone else desires were ahead of mine. It was a shell shock for many closest to me, once I stopped doing for others and started to love myself. People were upset once I started to set boundaries, but it was so freeing! I was successful in many aspects of my life family, friendships work, my business , but when you've have had previously been abused as a child, you don't alway realize where the boundary of where you start and they finish. I have never been happier and as felt as free. I had no idea the depth of the damage I created for myself by "loving" others. I was actually enabling bad behavior and making everyone else happy, but not making myself happy. I still love others. People see kindness as weakness, but i see kindness as strength. What do you think? My office experience were like simple to nothing? They are just more like passing out pills more and more drugs. So they can bill more insurance to get that money. Three, the testing is more thorough than any other evaluation I've ever seen. Four, they put a lot of thought into the report and provide helpful recommendations. Five, it takes only three months to get the report, which is short compared to other places that have waiting lists. Six, everybody there, including the girls who do the testing, are friendly. Seven, this office is high throughput with many clients, nevertheless quality is not sacrificed; in fact, the quantity has given the providers more experience and improved the quality of the services they provide
