Randi responded and suggested my daughter shops at Goodwill and thanks for giving her greatly appreciated and not asked for opinion. Signed Randi :) . This left me with the impression that customer input is not valued and that concerns are met with sarcasm rather than professionalism. As much money I spend there, I felt applaud and very hurt. When I checked out today, the clerk was friendly and efficient, but that is the only interaction there was.
