I've heard a lot about this place but don't make it over to Westgate too often. They have a decent sized humidor and a pretty good selection. They are overpriced in my opinion based on a few other local places I buy my cigars from. My first impression of the lounge area, well I felt more like walking into a bar than a cigar lounge loud music and loud crowd. The staff were all friendly and the service was excellent. I also like the extra touches they have in the restroom like mouthwash, lotion, mints, etc. I took me back to the days when places would have bathroom attendants. I have been here multiple times. Everything is great from the staff to the cigars to the drinks in the atmosphere.

A menu of sarcasm and snark with a few cigars tossed in. That is what I would sum up this business in a sentence. Was visiting peoria and wanted to end my night in a cigar lounge and was happily surprised to see this one about five minutes away. As soon as I saw the location I probably should have known better. Entertainment district full of people and neon lights. They don't even need street lamps. Good if you are out to play but I was more focusing on "lounge" Inside was small. Kinda crowded if there was 10 peeps in there. Very much a focus on bar with a smaller walk in humidor compared to the other shops I've been to in the Phoenix area. All in all the place is fine. Walked in the humidor finding the usual suspects in vitolas. I asked the cashier if there were any new cigars referring to newly released cigars of course. He asked me when I was there last and I said first time. His answer "then they are all new". Didn't say another word. I repeat DIDNT SAY ANOTHER WORD Took a bit to find something I haven't tried before. Everything was overpriced but considering location rent is probably a lot so I guess not overly so. Decided I would smoke at home rather than stay there. Probably should have walked out but in spite of the snark I support B&M. But I won't be back. Stop in for a lunch break. Corner spot, very convenient parking. Plenty of seating, good bar selection & plenty of cigars. Seating is setup more like a restaurant then a traditional "lounge"; large both seating with tables & bar seating.. Upon entry you can tell it's a good spot; instant getting with a smile, bottle of water immediately. The humidor is large with plenty of stock. Funny thing is the note on the door about waiting for someone (staff) to enter with you, I was a little perplexed thinking it was due to theft. I was followed in by Rosey, quickly found out it's about service. Rosey is very friendly & offers to help, along with a cash register in the humidor, she cut my cigar while I was paying, very convenient & great service. I will return when I can have a next time. First time visit and when in the area I'll definitely be back. What impressed me most was the service by the employee working the humidor. I went in looking for my favorite brand which is Gurkha. They don't carry that brand, but the employee was helpful and didn't try to steer me to the most expensive cigar in the humidor instead, which is what I've experienced at many other cigar lounges. Instead he asked what I liked and recommended a reasonably priced Oliva. Turned out to be a good choice at a reasonable price so I didn't have the feeling I was getting fleeced before I even sat down for a bourbon. Overall the service was good, the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was friendly. I'll be back! read more

Not my jive at all. Limited seating, upgraded seating area for members only, not a great cigar selection, not sure if they're only promoting a certain cigar brand but. Had to pull from my own stock. Service wasn't great either, couldn't order at the bar, had to be seated and wait for service which took a while, not to mention seating was limited again. Music was so loud, I could barely hear the person across from me. Not sure what the intent or goal here is, maybe I need to try again but.
