A menu of sarcasm and snark with a few cigars tossed in. That is what I would sum up this business in a sentence. Was visiting peoria and wanted to end my night in a cigar lounge and was happily surprised to see this one about five minutes away. As soon as I saw the location I probably should have known better. Entertainment district full of people and neon lights. They don't even need street lamps. Good if you are out to play but I was more focusing on "lounge" Inside was small. Kinda crowded if there was 10 peeps in there. Very much a focus on bar with a smaller walk in humidor compared to the other shops I've been to in the Phoenix area. All in all the place is fine. Walked in the humidor finding the usual suspects in vitolas. I asked the cashier if there were any new cigars referring to newly released cigars of course. He asked me when I was there last and I said first time. His answer "then they are all new". Didn't say another word. I repeat DIDNT SAY ANOTHER WORD Took a bit to find something I haven't tried before. Everything was overpriced but considering location rent is probably a lot so I guess not overly so. Decided I would smoke at home rather than stay there. Probably should have walked out but in spite of the snark I support B&M. But I won't be back. Have been coming here for the last few years with my dad. Always have great service with a drink and cigar selection to match, it is definitely a spot worth checking out.

Great vibes, great people, and outstanding service. The humidor is well-stocked with a wide variety of cigar brands, making it easy to find something for every palate and budget. Coming from California, I especially appreciated the pricing--everything was very reasonable. The lounge is clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. The staff and regulars were friendly and welcoming, creating an atmosphere where it's easy to relax and enjoy a good cigar. It looks like some remodeling is about to begin outside, which should make the experience even better. Whether you're looking to watch football, meet friends, or unwind after work, this is a must-stop cigar lounge when you're in the area. Highly recommended! read more

Love this place! We have been coming here since shortly after they opened at Westgate. Love the drink selection and cigar offerings. Great tvs on and LOVE LOVE LOVE the lotion in the bathroom! Stop in for a lunch break. Corner spot, very convenient parking. Plenty of seating, good bar selection & plenty of cigars. Seating is setup more like a restaurant then a traditional "lounge"; large both seating with tables & bar seating.. Upon entry you can tell it's a good spot; instant getting with a smile, bottle of water immediately. The humidor is large with plenty of stock. Funny thing is the note on the door about waiting for someone (staff) to enter with you, I was a little perplexed thinking it was due to theft. I was followed in by Rosey, quickly found out it's about service. Rosey is very friendly & offers to help, along with a cash register in the humidor, she cut my cigar while I was paying, very convenient & great service. I will return when I can have a next time. Extremely Disrespectful Owner. Avoid This Place. Dear Mr Owner! This is my profile. I've never visited your establishment prior. You're rude, provide poor service, with no business acumen. I've been to some of the best high end cigar establishments. We were in the area, so we stopped in because it was my birthday. If I can rate your business below a "1" on this site, my rate for your establishment is a negative compared to the professionalism, cleanliness of high level service expected by guests. I recommend to the cigar connoisseurs Ambassador, Churchill's, Puro, Torch, Fumar, Magnun, even Circle K provides as better options. Very awkward to keep a receipt and speak of that has nothing to do with a guest at their first visit. This shows the level of discomfort you have for an issue that has nothing to do with a first time potential guest. Mr Owner, I suggest Business Etiquette for Dummies! read more

First time visit and when in the area I'll definitely be back. What impressed me most was the service by the employee working the humidor. I went in looking for my favorite brand which is Gurkha. They don't carry that brand, but the employee was helpful and didn't try to steer me to the most expensive cigar in the humidor instead, which is what I've experienced at many other cigar lounges. Instead he asked what I liked and recommended a reasonably priced Oliva. Turned out to be a good choice at a reasonable price so I didn't have the feeling I was getting fleeced before I even sat down for a bourbon. Overall the service was good, the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was friendly. I'll be back! read more

Met a friend at this spot for my first cigar .. the employee working inside the humidor was very helpful and made several suggestions. I picked a mild cigar that he thought I would enjoy with an old fashioned. They have a huge variety, flavors and price points. Their old fashioned was delicious and paired nicely with my cigar. I was very pleased! They have plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Atmosphere is very relaxed, great place to hangout. Wait staff kept our drinks full. I will definitely be back. read more

Not my jive at all. Limited seating, upgraded seating area for members only, not a great cigar selection, not sure if they're only promoting a certain cigar brand but. Had to pull from my own stock. Service wasn't great either, couldn't order at the bar, had to be seated and wait for service which took a while, not to mention seating was limited again. Music was so loud, I could barely hear the person across from me. Not sure what the intent or goal here is, maybe I need to try again but. I do consider myself a passionate, devoted cigar smoker, for several years so, I'm not just trying to be disrespectful or anything. Just not my scene. Check it out, you may like it. read more

Best bar at Westgate! My husband and I stumbled upon this gem a few months ago and have made it a point to visit frequently! The atmosphere is very relaxed with groups of all ages coming in for a drink and a smoke. If you're not into hanging out, they have a PLETHORA of cigars to choose from in their humidor room! Let's talk options! Because the bar is filled with them, bourbons beer and wine. Our favorite bartender Terrance is not just the most friendly face that greets you as soon as you enter, but he also makes some really amazing drinks! They offer a monthly membership with different price options. With that you have full access to their VIP room equipped with couches TVs and light snacks. They do not offer any food here however there is several options within walking distance within Westgate. If I could give 10 stars I would! read more

A great location to enjoy a cocktail and cigar. Their patio is very enjoyable and you may even be treated to a visit by a big leaguer during spring training. Enjoy your own stogie or purchase one from their Hugh humidor. Lots of parking as well. read more

After being told we could sit, no one brought us menus. We waited another 15-20 minutes before grabbing menus ourselves, only to discover they were the wrong ones. Shortly afterward, staff brought us the correct menus, which leads me to believe they noticed the mistake but had not initially assisted us. When we sat down, there were old cups left on the table. We requested clean cups, and while new waters were brought out, they were served in cups that appeared dirty and did not belong to us. I noticed black particles floating in my water, which was extremely concerning. We then requested plastic cups instead. Unfortunately, the issues continued when our food arrived. There was a strand of hair on one of the burgers. When we informed our server, he completely brushed off our concern and instead focused on discussing another item that was missing from our order. He took the burger away but never apologized, offered a replacement, or showed any concern regarding the issue. As paying customers, we expected basic hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service. I could understand delays if the restaurant had been busy, but there were very few people there at the time. The lack of attention, poor service, cleanliness concerns, and dismissive response to finding hair in our food made for an extremely unpleasant experience. I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the treatment we received and hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future customers.

What they don't understand is it's a team effort and because they don't care that affects everybody else that does care. We ended up playing Pickleball for 30 minutes and got kicked off the court after reserving it for an hour and there was a mistake. Clearly I was frustrated and the only reason that they are getting a five star is because John the general manager stepped in and clearly saw my frustration before I even had said anything he already offered to take care of the 30 minute game and some other items as I was not looking for this he still took care of it. It doesn't really make it better, but at the end of the day, he definitely made it better and we do appreciate it so we definitely recommend this place. At that point I then stated maybe he could then apologize for the rude accusations he was making. At that point the other guy was pretty drunk and not wanting to hear anything we said, he only wanted to fight and he made it pretty clear when he went after my bf, and they got into it in the parking lot! After he was done with his bickering with my bf he came after me because I told him to make sure to view that camera and when he finds his lottery ticket later,he could apologize to us. Sam and Rosie are the most amazing! You wont find kinder, more generous, and friendly business owners anywhere! Thanks to these two amazing people they have created an environment as comfortable as your own living room. Not sure what you want to smoke that day? No problem, just tell Sam what you have a taste for or how you're feeling and this guy will pick out the perfect cigar to fit the day for you. His knowledge of product is second to none.
